In perticuler Matthew the technician that handled my outdoor kitchen sink project did a great job was informitive and i learned somethings i didnt know. He was professional and customer service was top notch the price quoted was fair and the job was done right and all work was warrentied for 5 years. I can say enough good things about this company. I could go on and on. So i will close and say you can not go wrong hireing this company.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

I usually never leave reviews, but felt i would this time because these guys are excellent.

Serviceman was extremely helpful and honest, told me what the problem was (very minor) and how to fix it myself, didnt charge a dime. Overall great service 5 stars all the way.

They say they are available 24/7, that’s not true. I called in 1.30 am and got a voicemail and no options for emergency

We have used Vegas Valley Plumbing on a few of our rental properties in Vegas, these guys are honest, don't overcharge, responsive and professionals. They can repair or service Water heaters, kitchen plumbing, add a water softener to your house and snake any clogged pipe. These guys are good, thanks Keith!

They arrived early. Unexpected since it is summerish in Las Vegas. Since I know nothing about A/C units, I was at their mercy. They fixed it two years ago. This time, my 25 year old unit needs to be replaced. They plan to do it today. More later.

Would def use HIPS Plumbing again. They installed a toilet for us, and we couldn’t be happier. Fast response, quick diagnosis, tech was very upfront about what to expect, and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure we don’t have any future problems.The new thrown is exquisite.

We woke up on Saturday morning with no hot water. I called Dino's at 8 AM, they were here by 9 AM (on a Saturday!) with a new water heater and were done by 10 AM. How is that for service?

My experience with TL was informative and professional. He was on time he listened to me and as he trouble shot the problem with ease. He explained things to me as he worked, he didn't have to teach me anything but he did. TL is the best!

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
