I had been researching for restoration company to help fix the damages from the heavy rain and snow last year. I had come across LV Restoration and request for an estimate. Right away, they send in Romy, who came in and told what the process was. He really got this ball moving and made sure our roof was fix right away once an estimator came in. David, a project estimator, came in and did all the necessary steps and measurements to ensure the insurance pay for the damages done. He was even nice enough to sit down with me to explain the whole process for an hour and half. Then the company send in Miguel from an asbestos company to remediate the asbestos. Miguel and his team did a great job remediating the asbestos and packing our things into a pod. Once the remediation was done, Luis, Director of Operations, and Juan, the project manager/contractor came in, and started restoring our dining/kitchen room and the apartment. Most of all, the president of this company, Joe has really help us with insurance. He really fought tooth and nails to make sure the insurance pay for the necessary repairs to be done on the house and he ensured the restoration was done right away due to my mom’s condition. This company really treat us like family all the way and make sure we are satisfied until the very end. If you want a company, you can trust and fight tooth and nails for you with the insurance. This is the company for you. My mom and I are really thankful for what this company has done for us.

David arrived on time and he diagnosed the issue with my AC unit quickly. He got me up and going in no time.

Alex was fantastic. He came out for our annual heat safety inspection and gave us great tips to prolong the use of our heater for maximum efficiency. He also replaced our contactor. Thanks, Alex!

Oscar, and Jesse did a good job in repairing a slab leak. Donny did an excellent job by matching prices with another plumber...Follow up, I had a water softener installed by Donny and Jesse, they did a great job and very professional, hopefully the owner can give them a raise. I just had a repiping done from 12/7 to 12/10 and Jesse, Preston and Wayne did a fabulous job. The work and cleanliness was amazing. Jesse did a great job in reaching a small section to change the existing pipe and he got the job done. I do highly recommend Pure Plumbing and once again I hope the owner can give them a raise.Daron came in and did a great job installing a new water heater. He is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him. 5/8/20Bailey came and did a good job on replacing my outside pipe which was dripping because the pipe was old already and his work was clean 6/17/2021

Max Plumbing contacted me immediately after I placed a request on Home Advisor. They came to the house within 3 hours. Randy Aquino was extremely pleasant and very, very helpful. We minor repairs to be done before selling our house. He was wonderful. Had to order a part, but we already made the appointment for him to come back to complete the job. Randy is a wonderful representative to Max Plumbing.
