James and JJ came and did and awesome job they both new exactly what they were doing and they both was very helpful they explained to me each step of how things work and what was being done ..I would recommend these two techs to anyone service was great and fast and very understanding thank you so much James and JJ

Fantastic company!! Fror the initial phone call, to the tech arriving, til finisihed job, I just had a good vibe. Vic arrived about 30 minutes after my call for help. had a leak somewhere on the property and Vic found it right away, it was the mainline. The next day he came out and got the job done!! Very hard worker, outstanding results. Especially considering he had to DIG a trench before even getting to address the issue. Ran the new line. and all is well. I got LUCKY finding Impact Plumbing and can easily recommend them! and will!! Professional, prompt, and very personable!! They'll be the ONLY one's i call for future plumbing issues. Thanks to the entire staff for the great experience it what was a stressful time!

I had work done for two days in my place.the first day the plumber said it was a wasted day and nothing was done after making over 20 holes in my place. Second day he comes late then makes more holes to fix issue... in those two days he did not clean up after himself. The place still looked a huge mess wall pieces everywhere . Once they left I started to clean and noticed my brand new machine that I have only used once to clean carpet was used. No one asked me if they could use it, and to top it off it was filthy with paint and wall pieces in the machine. This machine is only a dam carpet washer not a vacuum and cost me over 400 dollars. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Not professional

The best customer service that Ive had in years! I called early morning needing a water heater replaced on a friday. The lovely lady on the phone said they were booked until next week then asked me to hold for a minute... she called the owner of the business and he came out personally to do the work. loved it!!!

The plumber arrived on time and stayed late to be sure everything worked right.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

These guys are great! I unfortunately had to repipe my whole house but they made it pretty easy. They communicated well, everyone was friendly, they explained everything that was going on and answered all my questions. They finished the job earlier than expected which was a huge bonus. I would recommend them to anyone who has to go through the hassle of a repipe or any other plumbing needs.

So these guys showed up on time and was finished within 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend them not just for speed, but their fee seemed fair and they had all the parts they needed to do the job right the first time. Way to go gents👍👍

I couldn't do anything about my garbage disposal being broken. It honestly was just a mess, I heard about Burpee's from a friend at work. I'm so glad there is at least one exceptional company I can rely on here in Vegas. They were able to fix it in 5-10 mins, and they were so nice and professional too. Look I don't say this often but if you need someone to take care of your problem, discreetly, professionally, or even just of the highest quality than anyone else in this city; then Burpee's is the only option! Thank you guys so much!
