Best Water Treatment Systems in Las Vegas NV

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

At 1st they missed the scheduled time on site, however, the tech showed up and did an outstanding repair job.

I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. Our experience with Precision was excellent! We put in a quote request on Wednesday night and by early Thursday morning, Autumn was calling to schedule a free consultation with a tech. Just a few short hours later, Aaron came to our house, patiently laid out our options, and once we made a decision, he set to work right away. He was super friendly and his work was clean.Our issue was resolved in less than a day! Aaron and Autumn were eager, friendly, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. The technician came to my house on a DTV shower system, that I went over the system and model # with the operator that made the appointment, assured me they would be able to assist. They did not know anything and said they would get back to me after speaking with Kohler and I have never heard back, even after I called to ask about the results and the operator said they would get with the lead tach and call me back, and that still hasn’t happened. So I won’t be doing business with this again. Thank you

Not positive about their plumbing abilities but the driver with the ducky19 license plate has NO patience. We were out early looking for our missing dog and slowed down a smidge on horse road. We slowed down thinking They were trying to be nice and let us know something was wrong with our vehicle because he felt the need to honk; nope...just raced ahead of us to stop at the stop sign 500 ft ahead 🙄.

I decided on a whole home water system and Sanderson Plumbing was up to the task. Very polite, professional, and educated me on the process. Both father and son came to the home to begin the installation and Jonathan completed the task with such efficiency that I was surprised. Cost was as expected for the service but the actual workmanship is wonderful. Jonathon explained how to utilize the system after installation and we will definitely use them again. We are considering an upgrade to our water heater.

BTW, no up-charges or pressure to buy anything other than the work we requested. That was refreshing and the whole process was simple.

The worst customer service ever her name is Cindy and the manager she said her name is Jill. I hope the owner will read this and can contact me because they just lost a customer from Liberty Mutual. You don’t need an employee like them and i hope you have recording of the conversation we have with them on Jan. 22 between I can say 2:40 -2:55 So you find out how rude Cindy is and how your manager took care of it. I have to push one Star so i can post it but doesn’t deserve it.
