Len and Angel provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process of finding the leak and fixing it. Len was very communicative and prompt with the appointment. Once they showed up to the house, they were very friendly and knowledgeable in locating and resolving this kind of issue. Len and Angel's experience in this field clearly shows because they encourage asking questions. After they fixed the leak, there was an issue with the sprinkler that was a separate issue from the initial leak. I called them, Len and Angel came over and fixed the problem for me for free of charge. I was extremely satisfied with their service. From the moment I called this company I have been impressed. The others I called were all top 10 on Yelp but I had no luck. Nothing But Water Heaters was so efficient. They responded with a message immediately. They had someone out to a property the next day. They give text updates. They were reasonable with pricing. They did not require a service call fee. There’s so much more that I could say. Dave Leahy was knowledgeable, reasonable, professional. The work performed was seemless. I will use them again for my Real Estate needs.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. Do not waste your time with this poorly run plumbing company. Made an appointment for today 2-4pm. The repairman called to tell me he was 30 mins away at 1:45pm. At 2:25pm I called the tech to ask where he was and was told he was outside the building. At 2:45pm I called again and the tech says he is at the wrong building. At 3:17pm I called the scheduling number and the unprofessional female answered thinking she can talk in whatever manner she wants. She hung up in my face and then I called back she tells me she hung up because I was rude. Trying to explain that they have a 2-hour window so the tech was not late. The tech didn't even have what he claimed was the right address. I get a call back from some guy that says he was the owner asking dude what's my problem, why am I talking to his employee like that. The employee is unprofessional and doesn't have any customer service skills. I called to cancel. I could have let the tech waste his time and not be allowed to enter the home. If you value your time go with a company that can get your address correct, provides customer service and has reasonable time management. Vegas Valley Plumbing is a joke of a plumbing company.
Response to the Owner: You thought you were defending your receptionist/the person you sleep with. The only things you did was make yourself look more foolish. I would never give you my business. I would never use your company even if the service was free!
