We are eager to give a 5 Star review, after our experience with Impact Plumbing. Every step of the way -- it was always positive, helpful and responsive dealing with everyone from this company. At our home, unfortunately we had a major outdoor Main Line water leak. We were informed by our water company, that we were leaking hundreds of gallons a day from our main like break. It was incredibly stressful for our family as we rushed to try and contact plumbing companies for this major job. From the first scheduling over the phone (we were also informed we could schedule a No-Fee estimate appointment) -- to interacting with everyone from Impact Plumbing -- we were blown away by their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything to us. We felt their estimate for the job was among the absolute best prices, and we went with Impact Plumbing. They explained everything they were doing each step of the way -- and we felt they did exemplary work. It's a pleasure for us, to leave a sincere 5 star review for impact Plumbing.

This company has always been timely and responsive. We have used them multiple times in the last couple years. The quality of work is great and we will use them in the future. Tony was knowledgeable and fixed a problem caused by another company.

We called because we had a leak on the ceiling next to an ac vent. The technician came out and inspected our 2 outdoor units and then went into the attic to check the units up there. He tells us the leak is a plumbing issue and not the ac so he left. Turns out he was right about the leak, however 30 minutes later I realized the upstairs thermostat was completely off when it was working fine before he was here. We called them back and they said they couldn't come back until Monday morning and this was Saturday afternoon. After an evening and night of dealing with the ridiculous heat we called another company Sunday morning and they came out to look at it. Turns out your technician unplugged our upstairs unit when he left the attic. We were thinking of using your company to replace our old units but not anymore.

Resolution Plumbing responded quickly when we called for service, came to our house within 30 minutes if that. Came out and fixed our Garbage Disposal along with a leak with our irrigation pipe attached to the house. Not only did he fix these issues, he educated us on our Water Softening System as we have never had one before. He suggested that we have our Hot Water Tank serviced at least once a year and we will be contacting him in a few weeks to schedule it. He was recommended by our neighbors and after the excellent service, education and the amount that he charged, we highly recommend his plumbing services, I have let my realtor know too so that if she has clients that need plumbing done, Resolution Plumbing is the one to call to get the job done.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
