I wish I could give more stars. I had an outside leaking coming from my wilkins 720a pump. After 2 days of me attempting to fix it and making the leak worst. I called Precision Plumbing the receptionist was very nice and friendly, then and hr later. Paul (the plumbing tech) came was very friendly and cool. In less the 30 mins he undid all the damage I did, fixed the problem, cleaned up the area, was in his truck and on his way. Also the price was real good an unbeatable to me, because I tried calling a few other places (Anytime plumbing inc). who tried charging 3x as much.. Overall this was the best experience I've ever had with an repair man.

I had an issue with the condensate pump from an ac unit that BEST air installed 5 months ago. There was some confusion regarding warranty and coverage but in the end, BEST ac plumbing repair was able to replace the unit quickly and efficiently under the warranty. I greatly appreciate the service and prompt resolution and will continue to be a member and use them for any future issues with my HVAC system or plumbing.

Makay serviced my home on April 17th, 2023. He did an absolute amazing job. The Friday before we'd had subcontractors from First American Home Warranty come out who claimed to not be able to locate the mainline septic system. They also came at the very last minute of their scheduled window, so they weren't able to do anything. The following Monday Makay came out at 11:59am, one minute earlier than scheduled. He was able to locate the source of the problem within minutes. He was polite, courteous, and worked diligently. All toilets and baths were finally operable again. I will definitely be going back to this company if we ever have another plumbing issue. You won't be disappointed with Hydro Plumbing. If you want to actually be able to use your toilet again without disgusting backflow, call them.
