After coming home to water leaking out of my garage, I realized my water heater was leaking. After calling three of the “top rated” plumbing companies I saw on Yelp I was frustrated because no one even answered the phone or called me back. I found Precision Plumbing’s number and their advertisements looked stellar so I called and thankfully Jasmine was there to answer right away! She was super helpful and had Frank over within 30 minutes of my call. Requiring NO fee for the estimate is really helpful, especially when you are panicking and have never gone through the experience before. Frank was super kind and was just honest and sincere (which was much appreciated). He was able to replace my water heater within an hour and half of my call to Precision Plumbing!Thank you so much for being an honest, prompt, and customer service oriented business! My experience with Anytime Plumbing has solidified my future with them as a lifelong customer. My water heater stopped working and my insurance company sent a work order to Anytime Plumbing. I didn't know what to expect, but after looking them up on Google, I felt my family and I would be in good hands.Technician David Eddie showed up the same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I was informed that I would need a new water heater, which I assumed anyways due to the age of it. He showed up the next day and installed my new one in about 1.5 hours. I felt compelled to reach back out to the company to notify his manager of how excellent my experience was. Had a minor issue after the installation that resulted in my hot water pressure being low. I reached back out and David Eddie showed up the next day and knew exactly what the issue was. Took him 15 minutes or so to fix it and he double checked before leaving.The customer service is unmatched! Mr. David Eddie is a pleasant, knowledgeable individual and I will definitely request him if I need any services from AP in the future. Honestly, every single person I encountered from the company was spectacular. From Kylie, the person that made sure my services were scheduled and kept me updated; to Sal, who went out of his way to reach out to me to make sure I was taken care of. I spoke with Sal for about 15 minutes and as if I wasn't already pleased with the service i had received, he solidified my decision to stick with AP for all of my future plumbing needs. He even offered up additional information for DIY solutions as well. I hired a contractor to come into my kitchen to remove a couple of cabinets to get to a slab leak....a few hours later, my kitchen was gone. It's a long, miserable story. The most important part is always the ending anyways. After meeting with a few contractors to come in and repair the damage, I ended up hiring LV Restoration. From the second they walked in my door, IT WAS ON....these guys were on a mission. Immediately went to work, if something didn't seem like it wasn't going to plan, they pulled me in to discuss my options. Every corner of my new kitchen was put together perfectly, outstanding workmanship and not a detail left undone. The owner, his crew, true blue....they had me at hello. David Adams came and performed routine maintenance on my A/C I am very satisfied with the job he did to make sure my A/C would be working great over the summer. He was an expert, very thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Silverstate and David Adams.

UNPROFESSIONAL Terrible rude tech one of whom is named Eddy. Came to the property was so disgustingly condescending and disrespectful had no reason or rhyme to behave in this manner.
