I had two gas leaks, one located somewhere inside a wall and the other going to the pool heater. Southwest Gas gave me the name of Nevada Plumbing Authority as one of their approved partners to perform the work. They were prompt, responsive, and did stellar work. I would not hesitate to use them again. These guys are great.

What a terrible experience. Just purchased a house and had some questionable thermostat connections. The dog$hit tech's recommendation was to replace the whole system than figure it out. Going elsewhere.

Had a handyman who told us he was sure he could install an under mount sink. The sink that was being removed was a drop in. He had to cut the granite. Well, the granite cutting went horribly. He had the sink held up with 2x4's, reversed the hot and cold water and broke out instant hot water dispenser. We fired the handyman because we hadn't seen him in 5 days and the 2x4's were too bizarre. Eternal Plumbing and specifically Mike Beebe came to the rescue. Called them on a Thursday night and Mike was at our home on Saturday. He recommended that we get another new sink. (We did.) He came back to install it and discovered that the hot water dispenser had been broken as had the soap dispenser. The price for removing the 2x4 sink , cleaning up the area where the sink had been installed and then installing the new sink was very reasonable. As soon as the instant hot water dispenser and soap dispenser arrive, he will be back to install them. I'm putting Eternal Plumbing on speed dial!! and will always ask for Mike Beebe.

Jason & Jose are the best. They were very informative and helpful. The pipes kept backing up and they informed me on other issues leading to it. They even cleaned up the mess!

We needed AC service completed within a short window of time. Haik worked with us to make sure and accommodate. He was thorough and offered helpful advice before leaving. Price was very competitive. Will use again.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. I was a little skeptical when I read the reviews prior to calling in for service from my Home Warranty. I read numerous reviews about poor customer service with the receptionist or who ever answers the phone. Well my experience was no different this morning. I called to get the status on my call and was greeted with I can’t hear you you need to speak up. I talk louder and she says why are you yelling at me in a very rude demeanor. I said I’m just trying to get a status. “We just opened and haven’t got to it yet.” She continued to say you may want to contact your home warranty company, I don’t have anyone available today. First she lives in Vegas just as I do, this was the hottest weekend of the year and yes it happened. I would expect just a tad bit of empathy. I didn’t ask for a tech for today, just a status. Just on the phone call alone, I would never recommend such company to anyone. Techs may be alright, unfortunately I didn’t make it that far before requesting a different company from my home warranty. 5 Star is misleading when you have a 1 Star receptionist. You can do better.

Was dealing with a horrible plumbing company that didn’t communicate with me what was going on. So my friend Kenny (comment below) recommended this company. I emailed them with the part that I needed and if they had it. Sure enough they responded right away saying that they did have it and could be here the next day. Jose showed up the next day to save the day from that annoying leak that had been going on for over a week. Thanks! Jose and Innovative Plumbing Pros.
