We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

Tried scheduling someone to come by for an estimate for a leak, girl on the phone said that someone would call in a few hours to schedule it but I guess they don't want business? Weird

Thru my hm warranty company. Made an appt. Drove over 400 miles to be at my new place for this appt .I was there 30 min early. Never heard from themAfter an hr, called their office, was told their tech finished early, so left my area.Would have to reschedule she said. I explained that I drove 400 miles to be at this appt. And they never called or contacted me to tell me that their tech was leaving the area, nothing..0 communication.Worse company ever!DO NOT USE!!!
