i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

We appreciate Raptor Plumbing for being there for us during our trip to Las Vegas. We were staying with family in Las Vegas and they had a leak in the wall.

We have been using Excel Plumbing for many years. They have replaced toilets, fixed our main water line, replaced faucets, and moved a gas connection for an oven. For the last couple of projects, Kevin has been our plumber. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he is a super nice guy. Their pricing is always reasonable and fair as well.

Within a few hours of calling, the technician, Dave, arrived, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. He was very polite, reassuring and professional.

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

David has great customer service skills. He gets that contacting efficiently new customers is key to earning the customers business. He repaired my shower valve and his price was very competitive that he quoted me over the phone. He showed up on time and understood all my plumbing needs before he entered my house. Some others that I contacted needed to send somebody out for an estimate first. Really! for a cartridge replacement! This is an old school way to jack up the price on a simple job. I recommend using a small plumbing company like David and not the bigger plumbing truck retailers that come out to your house.

The technician who came was nice and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the drain and gave us some tips on how we can maintain the drain the way it is suppose to be maintained. He was very helpful.

Michael went over and beyond during my time of despair. I needed a repair done to my water heater to meet inspection so I can sell my home and needed it done yesterday! He understood the importance of the matter and was there the next day. He had the upmost respect and world class customer service. His years of experience and knowledge in the industry truly helped me be more at ease and I consider myself blessed that he was plumber assigned for my repair order. It didn't matter how long it was going to take, he was going to make sure the job got done and done right. Please ask for Michael and you won't regret it!
