Dan is so honest and great! I’ve had so many issues with previous plumbers who were scammers so I didn’t know where to go or who to trust. Dan gave me a fair and reasonable quote right up front and the price didn’t change after the job was done. He was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions. He explained different techniques to resolve certain plumbing issues, the price differences, timeline and efficiency of each technique so there’s NO surprises or hidden fees. Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

I shopped for a new water heater install from 8 different contractors and Jump 2 It was by far the best deal. They were quick to respond to any of my questions and never tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need like many of the bigger companies in Las Vegas did. Their price was nearly half what YES Las Vegas Plumbing was asking, which was the most expensive company we got a quote from. Jeremy did our install and he was incredibly nice and professional. One of my sons actually came outside and chatted with him while he did the installation. They came out the next day and were done with the new water heater after just 90 minutes. I was very impressed and will gladly reach out to them again if I have any major plumbing needs.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

I’m a DIY guy, and there’s pretty much nothing I don’t repair around the house on my own, but plumbing is the exception. Installing a new garbage disposal or replacing a faucet is one thing,, but when I needed to replace the angle stops for the toilets in my home, I decided it was time to call a professional. I spoke with Excel plumbing over the phone, and they approximated about 30 minutes per toilet, and about $25 for parts for each. They said they charge an hourly fee of $100 per hour as opposed to a set fee for the job. Nice! I actually preferred the hourly fee because then I knew the repair man would take his time and do it right as opposed to getting it done as quickly as possible and doing a crappy job. They told me he would show up between 7 and 7:30am and would call me first to let me know he was on his way. The day of the repair I received a phone call at 6:45am letting me know he was en route and would be there shortly. He arrived at 7:15am, briefly discussed with me what he would be doing and got started. It only took him an hour to do all 3 toilets, which included installing a new tank fill valve I had picked up the day before. The final charges were $100 labor, and $95.70 in parts. The parts were slightly more since I wanted stainless steel braided supply hoses installed as well as the angle stops. I couldn’t be happier!

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Quick to respond to a back up and plumbing problem at a business location with a reasonable price. The tech went above and beyond correcting the problem.

Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

I needed a water heater replacement recently and One Drop Plumbing gave us the best price and we’re able to get the job done the same day. Dante and Dima were very helpful in giving us information and finishing everything quickly and leaving it clean. I am very satisfied with the job they did and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Once again Hydro Plumbing has come to my rescue!!!!!! My main line was backing up had some rocks making a blockage they came ran a camera confirmed the problem and brought a Hydro Jetter. This machine is a high water pressure hose that can push anything through any line it’s great and cleans the inside wall of your pipe as well. Makay was great allowed me to see the camera footage and walked me through the whole process. I went on there website took a snap shot of a coupon for a free camera inspection amazing !!!!! I love this company Hydro Plumbing “they do plumbing Right” love there slogan!!!!

Aric from Hydro Plumbing was great! He gave me a call let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. I had him help replace a shower cartridge for leaky shower. He was professional cleaned up after him self and the price was reasonable. Hydro Plumbing has amazing staff from the office with Veronica She makes you smile when you hear how they great you when you call to the field with all there techs and their owner Saul is nice straight forward humble guy. I really love their core values and I believe they stand by them. I went on their website to read about the company and they’re pretty awesome. I will always use this plumbing company for my plumbing needs.
