Technician Brian came out to our apartment at 7300 Pirates Cove Rd and helped us at a time of need. He went beyond what most people would of done and help fix the water leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. If i ever have a plumbing problem in the future im definitely calling Brian out again. 5 star sevice for sure!

I had an issue flushing the toilet in my ensuite bathroom. First, the technician was Garry. He was extremely professional and gave me all the information ahead of time. He told me upfront that he would have to remove the toilet to examine the problem and gave me a range of cost depending on the problem(s) he might encounter. When the office personnel called to make the second appt., she was extremely polite. Garry arrived during the time indicated. He started with the least expensive way to solve the problem and there is was! Problem solved! As well, I thought I needed a new toilet and he informed me the toilet was in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. Honest and professional. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!!

About two months ago I've called to cancel my Sadie contract, yet they keep charging my credit card. I've called over 5 times, complained about this on their web site YET NOTHING GETS DONE! Obviously they are dysfunctional to deal with AND THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!!!

We recently found ourselves without AC in 115° heat . I called Best and they sent a tech out within the hour. Khoder was the tech that came and evaluated the situation. Unfortunately we needed a whole new AC unit. Khoder assisted us with getting everything financed and the unit was scheduled for install the next day. Khoder and the techs who did the install and QC check were very professional, friendly, showed up when scheduled, and were very knowledgeable on the product. I give Best 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thanks Best AC!
