I was looking for a company to begin servicing my a/c and furnace and found Mastermind Mechanical online. I went with this company because of the excellent rating on google. I wasn't disappointed. Haik returned my call the same day and answered all my questions. I then scheduled a date for him to service my a/c and was able to be seen the following week. Turned out my A/C fan wasn't working and he was able to repair my unit within the hour so now I'm good for the season. I highly recommend this company!

Discovered wet spot in front yard that rapidly became a significant leak. LVR fit me in the same day.Brian persevered in the heat an sun with cheerful determination. I had a hot water heater burst, so I called American Home Shield (my home warranty). They only covered some of the replacement of the hot water heater, but a second company had to come out to remove mold supposedly, so they tore into the bathroom walls. I was told the insurance company claim was approved before they started tearing into walls. That company came back to get their equipment a few days later, but when I asked when they were finishing the project to put my bathroom back together, they said it was not their problem and it was actually this 3rd construction company that would be doing the work. I had never spoken to this third company and did not even know that a 3rd company was involved in this project. After several days of trying to get something scheduled, I received an email on 7/27/22 stating that they would not be completing the work and I needed to figure it out. I still have a giant hole in the closet & the bathroom, and there is no sink or anything put back together in the bathroom. This is unacceptable for a business to agree to work, state that the insurance company claim was fine, and then just not complete the work. I paid this company $999 for the completion of this service, and it has not actually been completed. It is unacceptable to collect money from me and the home warranty company without the job actually being completed. I want to ensure that others are aware of this scam across these 3 companies.

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

So this has been yet another summer in the Nevada Heat with a broken AC Unit from Goettl. Just three years ago Goettl installed a unit that cost $20,000. They certainly were not the cheapest option but I figured I was paying for quality. I was wrong. I am waiting on my 4th warranty call in the past 3 years.I am currently sitting in a puddle of my sweat waiting on the Technician Abel to arrive. I was told they would be out between 12:30 and 3:00, it is currently 3:13. On top of that this same technician was out two days ago to fix the same issue.2 days ago when Goettl called to confirm my appointment they attempted to up sell me a membership for priority service I took this to mean they would get to me sooner if I paid them. This should be illegal. Every year people die due to heat stroke and Goettl basically has said, I know we put you in a potentially life threatening situation, but if you pay us a bit more we can fix the problem we caused faster. This is insulting and should be illegal. Question Goettl, is that the right way or the easy way? Goettl also replaced all the pipes in my house 2 years ago, I had them replace a water heater, and fix a leak. It is without exaggeration that I say I have given them more than $35,000 worth of business in 3 years, and yet I am not a priority.DO BETTER Goettl!And everyone else, call someone else.

James came out and did a diagnostic testing on our air conditioning unit. He was so professional and awesome. He was straight to the point and very easy to talk to. He was patient answered all of my questions thoroughly. James is awesome and you guys should definitely go with this company and ask for him!

Liked the web ad and phoned them believing that I had a serious leak in my 12 year old water heater. Chris arrived in less than one hour and made a quick assessment. My water heater was OK but I had a leak in another water line. He fixed it in short order and presented me with a very fair bill. He could of easily sold me a new heater, but instead did the right thing. When my old heater fails I will surely call this company. I greatly appreciate their HONESTY!!

I recently received a new HVAC Unit (split unit) and received a new hot water heater with it for free by taking advantage of a special they had. The hot water heater was placed with all of the appropriate safety requirements (which I previously did not have) in a very timely manner. Brad was very knowledgeable and proficient with the installation of the new unit. Adam and Caesar installed the new HVAC Unit and demonstrated the same knowledge and proficiency with the installation of my HVAC unit and thermostat. All three men were very courteous, respectful and neat and cleaned their prospective job areas and took the old units. I could not be happier with the service I received from the technicians that were sent by Air Pro Master. Best Customer Service!!I

Gavin and team (Braydon and Dom) were very professional and respectful. I work from home and had no interruptions while the new ac was being installed. Gavin took the time to check the heating and Ac and explain the new thermostat. No mess left behind either. Highly recommend them

Robert was wonderful! I had two elderly parents in a hot hot house and he made sure we were taken cared of the SAME DAY! Highly recommend Alaskan - very responsive and honest! COOL AIR ROCKS!

Our technician was courteous and professional. He was able to fix the AC quickly! Especially nice since we were right in the middle of packing to move and it’s 113 degrees out on this hot July day in Vegas. He was my Hero for the day! Wish I knew what his name was.

They were able to come out the next day which was awesome since I couldn't use my sink until it got fixed. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were so very polite. Justin was polite, quick and very personable. He cleaned up afterwards and showed me the broken pipe so I knew what has to be done. Customer service was excellent as was the follow up. I will be using and asking for Justin again.
