I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

So impressed with techcool, they came out and fixed our A/C quickly! They worked tirelessly in the heat and were wonderful 10/10 would recommend them again!

Fair honest and reliable.

Had my first contractor completely flake out on me and abandon me after a slab leak flooded most of my house. Had the worst insurance company in the world. Seriously, if you have Western Mutual for your home insurance, switch immediately, I won't even get into that here because I will probably catch a slander case in the local courts if I do. As for Joe, he stepped in and helped me get the insurance company to pay more than they wanted. He had a awesome attorney I was able to consult, and in the end it all worked out. Maybe not as good as it should have if I had a real insurance company, but for the nightmare I was dealing with, the only good thing was LV Restoration and Joe personally helping me thru it. Ended up doing a full on remodeling from the floors to the ceiling. The work was excellent, and from everyone I talked to we got everything done in a record time. Of course it didn't seem that way, but I sit back and think about everything from plumbing, to electrical, to paint, to I don't think anything was untouched. Had a few problems, some big, some small, but they stand behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make it right. I have never done a full remodeling or delt with a flood ever before, and I don't wish it on anyone. LV Restoration is the company to use. He came in and fixed the nightmare that was left by the first contractor who disappeared after cutting holes in most of my walls and I now have a new house. Just finished everything less than a week ago, so I still haven't really had a chance to absorb everything that was done. But everyday now it gets better and better as I get used to a whole new house and get everything back to normal. I am working with Joe soon on a commercial project I have coming up, and I'm looking forward to knowing going in that the work will be to the highest standards. Don't hesitate to call for anything you need. Don't risk another unknown contractor.

Gary came to our rescue over Thanksgiving. As a recent retired Firefighter I appreciate finding great community services. We had a small plumbing leak that was hidden inside our walls for some time and didn’t show itself until it started leaking through the ceiling weeks later. Gary came on Thanksgiving day to inspect the damage. He called early to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He quickly found the problem and advised us of the needed repairs. We have a Manoblock system so I was prepared for the worst. He was honest in saying it would take 3-4 weeks for a replacement block and how he and 5 Star would work with American Home Shield to get the repairs coved. Gary was diligent in keeping up with AHS and the block arrived sooner than expected. He showed up on a Saturday with a smile and went right to work replacing the bad block. He didn’t mind my looking over his shoulder and explain all the in and outs of what he was doing. If you are looking for an honest, professional and knowledgeable plumber who represents a company that will give you a fair estimate and great customer services then ask for Gary and only use 5 Star Home Services Inc.

One of our AC units went out and we contacted Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair. They came to our house within 40min after contacting them and were able to clean and fix our AC units right away. Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

Had a shower drain clog. Called Active Plumbing. Spoke with Maria who was super friendly and she set me up with an appointment for the same day and did it very quickly. Tom came out right away and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had great pricing! Very professional and honest. I highly recommend Active Plumbing!!

Great communication with the office, JJ sent a text when he was on his way, arrived within the desired texted time, removed/replaced the garbage disposal and was done in 15 minutes. Very professional and would definately use this company again.

UPDATE: As of 3/7/21 we had to call simply air out to repair our old worn out ac system. As always they did not disappoint! We worked with Steve as our technician this go around. Very nice guy who knows his stuff! Honest, straight forward, reliable.

Outstanding service! Daryl was very professional and punctual! He took the time to properly inspect my central air unit, answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything that was not needed! My house has never been cooler, the mrs is happy and so am I. We will be doing business with simply air from here forward exclusively! Very impressed and highly recommended!
