In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. I needed a report for my unit ,I was charged 90 dls for the service and is been a week since I request a detailed report from the inspection to turn it In To my home owners insurance and I still don’t have the report ,I have the invoice with my whole name spelled wrong ,I can’t even turn in the in once since the name is all wrong ,very very bad service ,I called 3 times requesting the report and still nothing ,I’ll make my 4th attempt see if this company listen to me .Very bad service and the marketing in the media is all lies .

Bonus... he is a very kind and compassionate person.Update: After the installation I was finally able to get an appointment for the duct cleaning. That happened just this past Friday. The gentleman who did the cleaning managed to break a vase and scuff up my walls seemingly without remorse. Then he told me that he wasn't responsible for replacing the trim that they had to take off to get the equipment to my attic...I was told he would do it before he left. The trim is still not replaced. I had an appointment for inspection yesterday but no one showed. I called and was told that they would call when they're on the way. 24 hours later I'm still waiting for that call. I feel like I was only important until I signed the contract and now I'm not even an after thought.FOLLOW UP: To follow up on my update. Julio and Ernie came to replace the trim. Evelyn set me up with a new inspection date. Julio was very kind and courteous. Both Julio and Ernie were very professional and respectful. My faith and my original good feeling about this company has been restored. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not schedule any service with this company. Dont waste your time. It's a headache just getting someone out to your property. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE WITH THEM.
