Chris is the absolute best! I appreciate that everytime we called for a plumbing problem they sent the same tech without me having to request him. They are professional and call you to let you know when they are arriving. Everytime I called the receptionist is happy and helpful. They were also the only ones who could show up within the hour when our water heater exploded and water was flooding our garage!Chris is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what’s happening along with the solution. He is detail oriented and stays until the job is finished even if it’s a little late. We needed a water heater replaced, water softener replaced, filtered water installed, water pressure regulator, bathtub filters, and a few other things. He was here a lot but very respectful and gave us a great deal. Chris got to know our home and inspected other things to ensure everything was working. 2 months ago this company came out to work on one of my rental properties. When the tenant asked for the bill, they said they only leave the bill with the owner. And two months later I have yet to receive a bill. They could have left a bill with the tenant, or they could have mailed it to her address, or they could have mailed it to my address, or they could have recontacted me on Yelp. None of this happened. And yet I receive a letter from them that they are going to place a lien on my property if this bill is not paid. Mind you, I have yet to receive a bill, or a description of the work completed, or any sort of warranty on the work or parts. Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with as a property owner. Unbelievable! Buyer beware!
