I am so satisfied, I called to set up an appointment and the female that answered was so awesome, she asked what day worked best and I asked if a same day service was available and she said absolutely, and said she would call me back when a technician was available. She called me back in about 20-30 mins and the technician David (who was fabulous) showed up about 20 mins later and had my clog fixed in less then 30 mins and the price was very reasonable too. I had a flood in my home late at night. I didn’t know who to call. I found LVR on google. The owner Joe answered the phone & assured me he would send guys to my home immediately. Brian arrived within the hour & really calmed me down assuring me they would work directly with my insurance company & would handle the process from start to finish. I can’t say enough about this company. They really do what they say they will do & their workmanship is superior. Thank you so much Joe & team LVR. As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

Gary came to my house to review some work another plumber had done. A different plumbing company had done an inspection and told me a list of issues. Gary arrived and conducted his own inspection. He advised me the previous plumber was incorrect and cited several reasons why. He repaired a minor issue and left. I called the first company and spoke to the manger. He came out personally and completely agreed with Gary’s assessment. This manager confirmed the original plumber who said there was major issues was incorrect.

Sammy came and cleaned out our drain pipe did a great job and went through very quickly. Appreciated the same day service so we could keep cooking and doing stuff in our kitchen. Will use again if I have any other issues.

Excellent service! I called in for a faulty toilet and got my issue resolved quickly. I worked with Dennis and he was great. He was very friendly and efficient. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and got straight to work. No nonsense or stalling. He replaced my old and leaky equipment within 30 min.

Overall excellent experience working with Dennis and this company. I highly recommend them.
