I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

I’ve had several service calls on my a/c and other companies wanted to replace the entire ac unit. Techcool found the leak and saved me a ton of money. My ac unit hasn’t needed a recharge for two years now and is working great. Just had them over to upgrade the thermostat and they showed up within 1 hour. This company is the only one I will trust to work on my house. Highly recommend and very very good prices.

Eternal plumbing was great! Went through my home warranty company with a toilet problem. New toilet was installed and works perfectly. My husband and started hearing water pouring from “somewhere” around 3:00a.m. We called a different “23 hour” plumbing service, where the guy on call sounded like he was asleep or something else. He was rude and kept telling me he didn’t work on appliances; well, I never said anything about an appliance. Then hung up on him. I then called Precision Plumbing. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and expressed concern for our issue. She tried to connect me to the plumber on call, but the call didn’t go through. She said she’d call him on another line and he’d call me back. It wasn’t 5 minutes before he called. He was extremely nice; you could tell he was ready to do a job at, by this time, 3:15 in the morning. He was at the house within about 20 minutes. He was super nice and professional the whole time he was in our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained in “lay terms” what was going on. Precision Plumbing was polite and helpful from the initial phone call to the time their rep left our home. I would highly recommend this company.

I can not tell you how grateful I am to Trent and the staff at LV Restoration and Plumbing. They were so diligent and kind to my 80 yr old mother. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. Impac Plumbing is a phenomenal Plumbing company! This is the most honest and professional plumbing company I have ever used over the past 35 years of being a home owner. This company does not try to sell you items or service you do not need, they give you a true estimate and stick to it. The plumber is clean, professional, experienced and on time; as a customer I was always kept informed of the plumbers ETA based on my scheduled appointment time.
I used Impac Plumbing to do a kitchen remodel that included relocating refrigerator water line from one wall to another, rerunning water line down a column to support the kitchen sink, dishwasher, faucet, & garbage disposal and installation & connection of all of these items.
Impac Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company for all future plumbing projects and emergency plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Le llame para desirle que se tapo de nuevo y me dijo que nesesitaba un jetting me cobraba $650.00 dlr. .el sabia que se taparia de nuevo al meter solo el cable..al sigiente dia..son UNOS ESTAFADORES..

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service.
