I had a water heater replaced at my elderly mother’s condo, and the crew involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Matt, Clayton, and Nick performed the work and all made sure to keep the home clean and had a friendly demeanor towards my mother and me. They performed the job quickly, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I felt comfortable enough leaving the employees with my mom which meant a lot to me. It goes to show you how well trained and friendly the staff is. There are a lot of choices for HVAC repairs, and plenty of people can perform the job, but I recommend this company because they take things a step further. To say I was impressed is an understatement.

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

I have been using Plumbing Solutions of Nevada for all our plumbing projects. The service is very professional and they can send someone out fairly quickly. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
