We needed repairs to our A/C unit when we were preparing to sell our home. Best A/C's front office staff were cheerful and accommodating each time I called. They were able to send technician David P. to evaluate our situation within a day. Although our repair required multiple visits to satisfy a prospective buyer, David P. was courteous, professional, and efficient on each visit. He took time to answer our questions, document his work, and explain the parts and processes involved in our repair. David also went above and beyond to vacuum and clean out pans to ensure that our A/C system was not just functioning properly, but he made our old system sparkle. We are so glad we contacted Best A/C and were relieved and delighted to see David each time we needed help.

This company kept trying to upsell us to items we did not need. They also did a sloppy job fixing our water system, plus they over charged. Stay away from this company unless you want poor quality work and have them try to hard sell you on everything under the sun you don’t need.

On Time for service work being done

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
