Had some issues with my AC not cooling properly in some rooms. So I scheduled BEST Air Conditioning and Plumbing. The tech they sent out was Alex. He was friendly and knowledgeable, not only did he take his time trying to diagnose the issue he suggested numerous options and stated which one will work best. I am editing my original review because it was not so good because of a bad experience, but after letting them know about the unresolved issues, StraightUp Plumbing made it right. Heres what happened: Mark did not address my original issue of a leaky toilet shut-off valve, but instead installed a new flush valve inside the toilet. He also changed out the cold water shower knob, and installed a new garbage disposal. When I viewed my email receipt I noticed I had been charged for the flush valve PLUS a flapper inside the toilet, and also for installing TWO knobs in the shower. I called and spoke to Chad, who immediately took the bull by the horns. He re-dispatched Daniel who installed the missing flapper AND fixed the leaking shut-off valve (which was the original problem). I really cannot say enough about Daniel; he is a very nice, professional and personable guy. Thank you Chad for taking care of this for me. As I promised, I am amending my original review, and if I ever need a plumber again I will request Daniel - only Daniel.

Hot water tank finally gave up and leaked into the house. These guys responded very fast and provided a great work around so we could keep our hot water flowing while the restoration folks cut up the soaked dry wall and dried everything out. They were very knowledgeable, professional, on time and great to work with. I Highly recommend Jump 2 It Plumbing for Any work they say they can accomplish for you.

Sean came over to ck for leaks from previous repair. No charge as work was rock solid. We have use this Company several time. Home is 45 years old. We have another leak under slab in different location. We will use again soon. Great patience and understanding.

I worked with Richard and he was amazing. They came the same day to install a temp water heater in the garage when ours busted. They made sure we had both hot and cold running water so our family could function normally. Richard took his time to make sure the job got done right. He explained the process to me to make sure I understood what was going on. Even after he left he answered his cell phone to answer any additional questions that I had. I will continue to use Hydro Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
