They arrived promptly, completed the work, and performed an extensive inspection. The plumber was upfront and unclogged the toilet's very deep obstruction. I am quite pleased with the job! And the service was excellent.

Fast response! There was a leak of some sort and Impact plumbing said they could get some one out asap as soon as possible. Alex came over and assessed the problem and was very clear on the step by step process. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He came back the next day and was clear on what he was completing and sent pictures. I will call them again and I recommend them 1 million percent! Thanks again!

I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were confident fix the problem quickly at a significantly lower rate than the competitor.

They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. Will definitely be using them in the future!

We called about a plumbing issue and they sent Zach out that same day! Zach was awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He got us scheduled a few days later when we were ready. They even followed up to confirm my appointment time. Fernando and Toby came out to do the work. I had to leave for about 20min and had no issue with leaving the guys to work. I was expecting it to take about 3 hours, they were done in just over an hour. Very impressive since they had to remove a toilet and put it back. Both Fernando and Toby were very professional and friendly. I'm no plumber, but from what I can tell, great work! They didn't leave me a mess, everything was cleaned up and put back. We will definitely use them again!

Listed as a plumber for mobile homes but after I made an appointment the office called me back to say they are not licensed to work on mobile homes. Ridiculous!!!

The technician from Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc responded promptly and clearly. The fact that he showed up when I need him was a sign of relief for me. I'm getting ready to hire him for another project soon enough.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
