Rooter Ranger recently replaced my sewer system under my house. They told me the job would be 5 days, it was 20 days. They showed up two hours or more late half of the time. They didn't show up for 3 of the days and never called me to tell me they weren't coming by. I tried to call and text the supervisor, Paul, and most of the time he would not answer or get back to me. They left the job with 4 items not completed. They were supposed to fix my bathtub faucet which drips, my bathroom sink faucet, hang a piece of drywall in my bathroom and clean up dirty black marks and boot prints on my carpet in two rooms. I kept trying to call and Paul would not answer or text me for two weeks. I did the survey and someone in branding called and left me a message. I called her back and she refused to talk to me. Someone in branding told me I have to talk to Paul. The one who won't answer me at all. A few days later a plumber did come by and attempt to fix my bathtub drippy faucet, he did fix my bathroom faucet and helped me cut a piece of wood to cover a hole in my wall. The plumber said someone named Devin would call me, and he hasn't yet. It's been a week. They are disorganized and have horrible customer service. They did not put plastic down on the carpet. I had to clean the carpet myself. I wouldn't use this company again, not even to unplug a toilet. Terrible customer service. Do not use them.

They were able to make time for me even in the middle of a very busy schedule, finish the work very quickly and the price was absolutely reasonable.

As long as I live in Las Vegas, I won't use any other plumber. I have used Dino's plumbing twice for my shower and both times the work was done quickly, without error, and the price was extremely reasonable. In a town where it feels like everybody is out to get as much out of you as they can, I felt confident I was paying only for what I needed.

Alex replaced a leaking wax seal under the toilet. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Tested for leaks and was gone in less than an hour. Very friendly and polite.

His knowledge and solving abilities are impressive, he even took the time to educate me on clogged pipes. How likely am I to tell other people about your company? Upon inspecting my unit, I was told that warrantee would cover my broken coil but that refrigerant and labor would be almost 3K AND THAT THE PART WOULDN’T BE AVAILABLE FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS (in the Las Vegas summer). It was then casually suggested that I purchase a WHOLE NEW UNIT. I decided to go with another company that can at least get the part in a week.

This is my second need for the Sunny Plumber to do repairs in my home. My experience was even better than the first and the first was fantastic!! Ivan repaired the garden faucet on the front of my home and even showed me pictures because I was unable to leave the inside of my home to go outside. (had an accident and fractured 3 ribs!) Very courteous, patient with my many questions because the past repairs on the same faucet haven't lasted more than a year or so. I have had to replace this same unit 3 times in 4 years. He says I have a two year warranty parts and labor and says this is a permanent fix and I will probably not need a future repair like I have in the past. I will DEFINITELY use Sunny Plumber for any of my plumbing needs. Kudos to all of the staff and techs they are wonderful!!!

Well, I thought that they were responsive when I sent them an email describing what I wanted done and wanting to set up a day/time for an estimate on the work. They texted quickly with my husband a couple of times, we set up a time for today at noon and they never showed up or called. Waste of time as we had another plumber we could have gotten out to give us an estimate and we didn't because we were expecting this company.

Well let me start by saying Frankie was amazing. He is on the fire sprinkler side. It was a Sunday of all days to need a plumber. Frankie determined it was not our fire sprinklers and we needed a plumber. He notified the plumber immediately. The plumber called within an hour and we told him what was leaking. The plumber said he would get the part when the supply house opened on Monday morning. After calling Lange plumbing office numerous times trying to find out when to expect the plumber he called me about 11:00 and said he had to get the part and then he would be here. He arrived around 1:00 spent about 20 minutes collected a check for a ridiculous amount of money and left. The office said they would go over the bill because that seems like a lot of money. After several days and several phone calls they finally sent me the invoice and it remained the same. I will never use Lange plumbing again. I will say it again. Never use them again.

They are Thief and liars and people who steal things the owner even steals from his own employees this coming from an ex-employee he stole all my work tools that shows you are kind of company this is
