I’ve had several service calls on my a/c and other companies wanted to replace the entire ac unit. Techcool found the leak and saved me a ton of money. My ac unit hasn’t needed a recharge for two years now and is working great. Just had them over to upgrade the thermostat and they showed up within 1 hour. This company is the only one I will trust to work on my house. Highly recommend and very very good prices.

Plumber was in experienced and wanted to charge $1200 and put in a new valve when all I needed was new stems (cartridges) $60. First he said it was the shower head, I told him it was the stems (cartridges). He didn’t listen. I called my prior plumber and he fixed it.

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. Their teams had to access all of our units, and the residents reported their employees were all extremely professional and courteous. We highly recommend their services.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

I noticed one of the toilets in my house was slowly moving sideways and when I looked, I noticed the bolt holding it down to the floor was no longer attached. I used Yelp to request quotes for plumbing services. Several responded but only BC Plumbing offered to inspect without a charge. BC Plumbing responded promptly to my request for service. Kurt and Joshua came out to my house at the appointed day and time. They identified the problem and other issues and proposed the repairs to be done. They even took care of the old toilet, so I don’t have to dispose of it myself. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. They are prompt, responsive and professional. Patrick was our assigned tech and he was very professional and thorough. He took his time servicing our tankless water heater and we are very confident in his work. Action Plumbing team was AWESOME when needed them for a major sewer backup in one of our units. Myrna (office manager) was wonderfully responsive in getting all the moving parts scheduled and coordinated; Kevin (owner) was on top of the situation and made sure evidence was gathered to show that the issue was due to a common HOA pipe (so that the HOA could reimburse us for the cost of repairs); and Rocky (the thoughtful and great plumber) was literally in the trenches in 110 degree weather all day laying down new pipes so that we could move our tenants back into their home. We couldn't have done this job without your help and professionalism!!
