We recently purchased a home which came with an extended Warranty. I did not put much value on the warranty because I assumed getting repairs complete would be more hassle than result. After 5 months, our garbage disposal stopped working. It made a nasty smell come from the drain and the dishwasher. We called AHS and was directed to AirPro. Made an appointment, and working 48 hours the situation was completely resolved with friendly service and great craftsmanship. We have had some terrible experiences in Vegas. This was one of our best! Thank you!!

My experience with Focus Plumbing was amazing! I’m blown away by their customer service. It really made my life easy. Adan was my technician and he let me know what was happening at every turn and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. He came back to my home multiple times and worked around guys that were drying out my floors and drywall from a bad water heater so that I could have hot water as soon as possible. He really cared about helping me. I also received amazing service from the people i spoke to on the phone and Andy the general manager whom I spoke to first. Thank you!!!

my only disappointment was the original estimate was not accurate as i had asked for an estimate for a vented water heater but received an estimate for unvented one a difference of $1400 more. a little disappointing.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
