They came on time, fixed our leak in less than 15 minutes. They are friendly, professional, and did not charge us for coming out. Incredible and honest service!

Thank you Joe! Just this morning, I had The Not-Impact Plumbing Company come out to my home with an ASTRONOMICAL quote for a new water heater. Booked them to come out between 12-4p today, but the cost just didn't sit right in my soul. Quick Google/Yelp search and I see nothing but glowing reviews for Impact. So I called for quotes and with questions about 3 or 4 times (sorry Joe) in the hour between Not-Impact Plumbing leaving my house and their planned install. I had all my questions answered, a handful of emailed quotes for various service options, AND a same day appointment for the install. Joe and his partner were in and out under 2 hours, I didn't have to sell my offspring to afford him, everything is under a good warranty, and I'm pleased!! Impact Plumbing is now on my short list...and I'm letting my sister know about them. She's buying her first place and will need a good plumber.

Never found my pool problem. They kept coming back and saying “let us know next month if it’s leaking still” and every month it was leaking so my water bill was through the roof. They guarantee they will come back out and they do, but they NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM!! They just prolong the inevitable! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I've dealt with a lot of plumbers in my time as a homeowner, ranging in everything from a clogged toilet to a full-on bathroom remodel. Needless to say, I haven't had a great experience with most of the plumbers I've dealt with. They have varied greatly in both quality and customer service, and most of them overcharge you for their services. (And I learned the hard way that the ones who don't aren't usually licensed and end up costing you more to fix their bad work by someone who is.)

I recently decided to get my hot water heater replaced, as well as a whole-home water filtration unit installed. However, I was at a loss as to what plumber to hire in order to do the job. I was unhappy with my normal plumber - a service who I felt had been way overcharging me for every job I hired them to do - so I wanted to try someone new.

Vegas Valley Plumbers was one of a handful of local plumbers that was recommended to me via the Home Advisor website. I had been in touch with a number of plumbing companies that specialized in whole-home water filtration trying to compare quotes. Keegan Bosch, one of the owners of Vegas Valley Plumbing, contacted me directly and scheduled a time to come out for a free estimate.

I found Keegan to be very knowledgeable when he arrived. He did try to sell me on an expensive water filtration unit his company recommends (like most do) but when I told him I already had purchased a unit that was far cheaper (and better) than what he offered, he was fine with installing that unit instead. (Vegas Valley Plumbing has since gone on to become the go-to installers for my model of unit.) Though his quote for the whole job was higher than others, the fact that his license was current and his company had good reviews on Google convinced me to go with him, even though I could have saved some money using a different company.

Keegan personally replaced my water heater with a new unit and installed the water filtration unit. He also fixed a problem with my house's water pressure valve while he was at it. Since this job, I have used Vegas Valley Plumbing for a host of other plumbing issues, and no matter who from the company comes out, they are always professional, do good work, and are reasonably priced. Vegas Valley Plumbing is a licensed company who employ good quality plumbers - which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies I have used. They are very responsive, communicate well, and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. (In fact, the bulk of my work with them have used parts that were under warranty, so I only had to pay for labor.)

Co-owner Keegan still picks up his phone and remembers who I am whenever I call. He's a good, solid guy and I'm happy to continue to do business with him and his company.
