I would GIVE YOU GUYS 5 stars BUT I am Disappointed here's why. So the Negative first their was NO Communication really when we had Appointments Set and then we were Rescheduled too much. Then 3nd I thought was very weird how the way they have to Check Your Credit to do the Payment Plans. Then 4th last I THINK THESE guys are too Expensive BIG BIG time. I mean I think Frank was very nice and good on trying to Keep it LOW cost as much as possible. But I THINK THEY could do much better on their Prices. Now The Positive they are very nice and was willing to do 2 free things for us if we DID all the Repairs at once. They really need to Come Down on their prices for small Repairs and HAVE COMMUNICATION though!

This is the second time we have used Vegas Valley Plumbing. I was able to get hold of someone right away and was scheduled within just a few days. These guys are truly exceptional - they arrived on time and were extremely professional, fixed our issue, and quoted us a great price! There was zero attempt to upsell us or try to get us to buy additional services that are not necessary - like others have tried in the past. They are our go-to plumbing experts now!

We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

I used Jump 2 It the first time last Fall when my home warranty company sent them out. When I needed some work done that was not covered by my warranty, I did not hesitate to call them first. I called yesterday, they came out today. Fast, efficient, polite, clean, professional, AND a fair price. I will not hesitate to call them for any future issues that we may have.

I called Roto-Rooter plumbers to check on my leaking water heater. It had to be replaced. The good thing was that water heater was still under warranty, which I did not know, so I had to pay for the work and some pipes only. If they didn't tell me that the water heater was under warranty they could ask for whole price, in which case I would just buy new water heater at Lowes and replace it on my own, because of the high price.

David, who was assigned plumber, did a good job on his own, but I thinik that they should have somebody helping him with such a haevy and large item(50 gal.), it would be done more smoothly. In my opinion, the price of $750 was bit high for the work done, considering that water heater was under warranty, otherwise would be around $1300 they say.

Scheduling process was bit complicated, I had to give them my address and info three times in two days. But it was still less complicated than Yes plumbing, another plumbing company which is heavily marketed here in Las Vegas, and which I declined for service because they were even more complicated.

If they had two guys working on handling the water heater, or some kind of doly for moving and lifting water heater, which would avoid scratches on my decorative garage floor, I would give them three stars regrdless of the price. They have to earn money too, I understand. I would still most likely call them for my future plumbing needs, since the company that I used before here in Las Vegas doesn't exist anymore. I am just wondering why?

I called about a clogged toilet at 2:15 pm and Juan was at my home by 3 pm. He used the snake and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Grace was the person who took my call and she couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Kevin for the discount! I needed someone to move a gas line about 8 inches, after calling SEVERAL companies I got lucky to find American Brothers, they came on time (2 hours frame)on the same day I called, told me exactly what needs to be done. Michael was really honest and did a great job. He was wearing his mask all the time, was friendly and did the job exactly how he said.
Defiantly using this company again in the future.
