My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! I had a problem with my water heater, it wasn’t staying lit. They were professional and very courteous. The gentleman who helped be was very knowledgeable and was very informative. The technicians name was Anthony B. And he was very quick at finding what the problem was from my not very good description. Would definitely recommend these guys and if I ever have another plumbing problem I will be calling them first!

American Brothers abousatley fantastic !!!! fixed my hot water valve under sink fixed my shower tub faucet. Very nice people they gave me great prices. Did fantastic work! ! Highly recommend them!. I couldn't do anything about my garbage disposal being broken. It honestly was just a mess, I heard about Burpee's from a friend at work. I'm so glad there is at least one exceptional company I can rely on here in Vegas. They were able to fix it in 5-10 mins, and they were so nice and professional too. Look I don't say this often but if you need someone to take care of your problem, discreetly, professionally, or even just of the highest quality than anyone else in this city; then Burpee's is the only option! Jim was very nice, pleasant ,informative ,nice , he went right to work right away I offered him a fan And a drink he said he was fine unfortunately our system is too badly degraded we will have to save money to get a new one 1395 but it will be worth it because we don’t want our appliances to go bad from the hard water . Juan actually came to check on the arrestors on the water supply to our washer, which were stuck in the open position. After taking care of that, I mentioned that I had placed a call 3 weeks ago, about something else, and still hadn't gotten a response. He immediately started working on that problem, and in the process, discovered that we also had a leak at the pressure arrestor on the main line leading into the house. Before leaving, he inspected it again, found it was still leaking, and fixed it again.Juan was very helpful in answering our questions, and made his explanations easy to understand. He takes pride in his work, and it shows.We have used Pure Plumbing for years now, and will continue to do so!

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.
