I called them because of all the good reviews. I'm glad to add my own. According to our previous AC guy, the compressor unit needed to be replaced. Haik took a thorough look at the whole system and found out that only the capacitor was bad. He replaced it, and the AC is now working... for 10% of the estimated cost we got from the other guy.. Will definitely use Haik again.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. The tech, Adrian, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. My AC unit sits on top of a two story roof and it is highly dangerous to climb up there. Adrian climbed his ladder atop of my roof saw my unit’s coils were dirty and needed a good scrubbin’! He climbed down his ladder to retrieve his hose. He hooked it up to a bib nearby and climbed back up to the rooftop and gave my coils a rub a dub scrub. It smelled so good in my home like bubbles, I loved the care my unit was receiving. I highly recommend Goettl and believe they have an asset of an employee / technician. Thank you for doing things the right way, not the easy way!

Years ago our water heater failed on a early Sunday morning. Water was everywhere. There were then phone books and I started calling the A's at about 5;30AM. ACTIVE was the first one that answered, and it happened to he the owner. He said he would be at our house in 2 hours. We live about an hour from their shop so I was very impressed when he arrived in 1 1/2 hours. He replaced the appliance and even squeegeed the garage floor helping to clean away the watery mess. They will continue to be the only plumber we use.

The gentleman who came to fix my sink was professional from beginning to end waited for me as I had to travel from work to get home. I would recommend again and again!
