I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

We scheduled an appointment with yes plumbing, they called right before the scheduled appointment to reschedule for the following day, they called the following day to say they’d be there within the hour and never showed up. If this is how they handle trying to secure your work, imagine once they have your money. I wouldn’t recommend.

We called Pure again for our loose faucets and it was fixed right away. They are our go-to plumbing company for 3 years now. Had other issues that were addressed and Tobee spent the entire day at our house until early evening. He is a great plumber. His supervisor Jason came out to assist and was so informative and educated me on different problems and solutions for various issues in our home. He really knows a lot about how to diagnosis things and was very determine to find the right solutions. They both were polite, great listeners, professional and detailed oriented. They even wear booties and I appreciate that because I'm a clean freak! We have several options to move forward with the work and we will be repairing things soon. I like how responsive the front desk is with text updates too. I am very pleased with these two technicians and understood the tricky problems with our plumbing. I would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. Thanks again!
