Best Electric Water Heater in Las Vegas NV

TechCool got me an installation of Las Vegas water heater in free estimates.

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

They are amazing! Had a bad situation and was hundreds of miles away, they took complete care of the problem. There was no hidden fees, no hassle and no b.s. just a job well done and a bill I could trust. It's great to know a family run business that actually cares about their customers is still around, I cannot thank them enough!

Ben and his team, John, Julio and Nikko came out to install a new furnace and A/C unit. 12 years in Las Vegas and finally hit the jackpot. Everyone at the company delivered as promised, from Derrick the owner, Cindy the office manager, Rigel the main plumber and the others that worked over 4 days to fix our mainline problem and shower leak. My wife and would highly recomend them. Great job guys!

We are extremely happy with the repair of a running toilet. These plumbers were fast and efficient. They explained everything before and after. I was amazed with the quality of their work.

09-01-17, Original post was given 1 Star, I had a faucet that wore out due to normal wear and tear. Unfortunately for me this was the company that was sent to me. I was given a window of 9-12...the technician Jonathan arrived at 2:00. Seemed like a nice guy. Examined the faucet and said that the reason the plastic part broke was because of the hard water in the house. No big deal....we will get it fixed. Then he turns around and writes that a child broken the handle it so the warranty company will not fix it. Talked the the manager Henry who said that there was nothing he could do and then Proceeded to HANG UP on me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Bad business all the way around!!!!!

UPDATE 09/22/17- The company finally came back out to finish the job (warranty company made the process longer), I asked for a different tech and I was really LUCKY that I got Drew!!! Drew was very courteous, knowledgeable and super funny. He fixed the problem and had the shower working perfectly in record time the handle was not broken the other tech clearly just didn't care. I was given a window of 1:00 -4:00 expecting not to hear from them until 4:00. And Drew was here at 1:15. He is truly the shining star in this organization. If you have to deal with them, make sure you ask for DREW!!!!!!!

Mike came out to my home, to look at my AC unit that was 40+ years old. He replaced it the next day with a new unit and included a 10 year warranty. Mike noticed I also had an extensive water leak and fixed that as well. Mike was very professional and his customer service was exceptional. He took the time to talk to me about the unit, my house, and other concerns I might have. It is not often you run across someone with his integrity and work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and polite, his work was exactly as he promised. His main concern was his customers comfort, unlike most AC companies that are more concerned with their profit. Exceptional customer service, with a genuine concern for his customers. I recommend this company to anyone that owns a home. Thanks Mike!

David was a life saver, our kitchen sink had been draining slow but we were leaving town and we thought nothing of it Until the day we returned I was washing dishes when my feet seemed damp; I looked down and I was standing in a puddle
David headed over and yes there was a clog that built up over time but he further explained it was due to the improper piping under the sink; he cleared the clog for the temporary because we were tired from traveling and had work in the morning and returned as promised to replace the piping properly so we have no more problems

As a retired Veteran, it was a profound pleasure to talk to a fellow professional again...both in appearance and demeanor.
To the job...first rate. Rheem should be proud that they use Focus Plumbing to represent them. I tried others for this job...no one would touch a warranty replacement the way FOUCS did...NO ONE...everyone else wanted me to get the water heater, get reimbursement from Rheem, etc.,...not FOCUS...they did it all...top to bottom...and it was done right...from the actual plumbing work to cleanup.
Adan answered ALL my questions, listened to my concerns, advised me on the best way to do the job AND, AND showed me the PRICING...right out of his book...NO up sell or commission B/S...he gets paid by FOCUS, not on the extras he didn't try to wheedle out of me. Man, that was refreshing enough these days...believe you me.
I cannot speak for others...but my experience with Focus Plumbing was A-1.
