Anyone who gets a time frame of 7 to 11 am on a friday would be dreading having any work done in their kitchen, but Taron was here as soon as i woke up, came in detected the problem with our disposal and was finished in less than 20 minutes. The five stars are not for work I had done by Goettl, but for the customer service after a slightly misdiagnosed estimate on my AC unit that was a fairly expensive amount ,after which I got a second opinion from another company and their diagnosis turned out to be correct and quite a bit cheaper. I was a little disappointed with having paid a service fee to Goettl after finding out the tech was incorrect about my repair options. I reached out to Goettl in hopes of either getting a full or partial refund on my service fee. It took a couple of days to hear back from them , but when I did , it was the local Las Vegas manager Manny who called me. Manny was extremely friendly and very sincere about resolving my concern , but it became clear quite quickly he was not going to refund my whole $89 service fee or even a partial refund of the fee. This guy went straight to offering to cover my repair fee from the other company to make up for the not so great experience and misdiagnosis. I about dropped my phone at this point. I am not sure I should go into specific numbers , but lets just say that this repair amount was literally 20 times more than the original service fee. I mean really, who does that ? Well it seems Goettl did , because at the time of writing this I have already received that payment. Thank you Manny !!! I went from thinking I would probably never reach out to Goettl again to thinking when I do need to buy a new AC unit they would be my first call , because I believe if there were any issues after the fact they would go way up and above to make sure things were set straight. Thank you again Manny and Goettl for such a generous resolution to a slightly disappointing experience.Jeff B

I started my quest by going to my local Lowes to get a mini split installed in my garage. They immediately sent a request and Yes Air Conditioning contacted me immediately and set an appointment for the following Saturday. The salesperson Adam Churnick arrived between the time they stated. He asked what I was looking for and I said a mini split AC for the Garage, he said right of the bat that it would be over $2k just to run the power. I informed him I already had a 220 line on the other side of the wall to garage which is intended for an RV. He then asked if I had gotten any other quotes. I told him he was the first one and he was immediately annoyed and said so I am making it easier for the next guy. He then said he would go back to his truck and write up a quote. He came back less than 5 minutes later and said it would cost $13,038.00 Dollars for a 2 ton minisplit. e said thank you and he left. I later received the quote via email, and it was a one-line item quote with no cost of the unit versus labor. Worst service I have ever received. I have since gotten several quotes ranging from $2,500 to $3,500 for a 2 ton mini-split 21.5 seer rating.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Aguistin did a great job fixing our plumbing leak problem. The job turned out to be more than what we thought so he had to come back another day and was able to get the job done. He was very professional and kept his word on what he had to do through the process. Thank u again!
