Where do I start?.. Hector Cardenas of Techcool was the most friendly and professional with my dad and I! Last week he was referred to me by my manager and he came out the same day... and had our unit replaced the next morning. THE NEXT MORNING! I've never been so happy with yheir services! 10 year warranty and superior services, Techcool is definitely saved in my phone contacts for anyone that needs an AC company!

This company quoted me an astronomical price with a cost that was more then 3x the price of everyone else. They knew I was in a pinch and needed emergency services and they just hammered me with the price. I needed the work done asap, so I agreed to the price. On the day of the job Express Home Services did not show up. This company left me stranded in the summer heat in 100 degree weather because they were not prepared to handle the job. Then they called to tell me they needed more money!!!! I can say I will NEVER deal with this company again and I recommend you go somewhere else like I was forced to do. These guys are pretenders and not professional at all.

Levi came out and took care of our plumbing problem. Made us feel very comfortable and in great hands. No wonder they are the only 5 star company in town because of honest great technicians like Levi.Had to add to this review because we had yet another issue with our home. We requested Levi again and yet again he was amazing. So helpful and understanding. Turned a stressful upsetting situation into an amazing experience!!Best and Levi will continue to service our home forever!!

Brandon and Danny came out to my house because my main line had a break. Another company quoted me double the amount, couldn't come out right away, etc. but these guys came out the next day and worked from 3pm to 9pm straight until I forced them to take a break for 10 minutes and eat something. They said they just wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and tested because of the holidays coming up. They were very polite and cleaned up very well after everything. Everything has been working as its supposed to since the repair so I'm confident they've done a good job. Highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed.
