This company is great! They keep customers informed on whats going on. I had hired another company in March who never finished the job! I called 5 Star and they sent me Rueben who is amazing. The other company had removed parts from my a/c unit, well Rueben after about a few hours, found parts and after months of no air, Rueben and 5 Star had it fixed! I'd recommend this company to everyone.

They changed my hot water tank in 2 hours , excellent service . 10/10

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

Business always responds when we have a problem and the technicians are punctual, professional, listen to us, and offer needed suggestions. Joey Paratore, the plumber that's helped a few times, is excellent and embodies those good values.

Wow, when they say the Best they don’t just talk about their company themselves but the employees that work there are top of the line!DUSTIN came to me in a time of need I’ve had multiple issues and had multiple company’s come out and “pop and go” but Dustin took the time to be through, clean, informative, and not only did he describe what’s a potential issue he showed me exactly what he was describing and little did I know pipes require maintenance! Dustin and his team performed a full home Jetting to clean and descale my pipes so I don’t run into these back up issues time after time, I will only be using BEST form now on!They can do it all!!!!

I had a situation where I was doing some yard work, I end up tripping over the main water supply to the home with the garbage can doing some yard work in the backyard. I didn't know what to do. I contacted the LV Water District and they advised to turn off the main supply valve to the home. I did but I didn't have any water in the home for ANYTHING!!! I contacted this company and they were friendly, pleasant, and came out in just enough time. I am super excited that they were able to resolve my issue and in such a fantastic amount of time. Very inexpensive. I completely recommend using this company. They are extremely helpful and effiecient.

Service was great and fast. I do have a problem with trane hvac systems however. Just got a new ac unit 2 years ago, it stopped working and was told that two of the lines rubbing together caused a coolant leak. Repair was 2200$. Bumble breeze was nice enough to take it down to 1800$. Manufacturers should have covered it, especially being only 2 years old. Kudos to Josh though, he had me up and running in no time

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks
