Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! He and his team were all very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options, as well as recommend a plaster repair company for additional work we are considering. Jason showed up on time for HVAC maintenance and did a very thorough job looking at every component. The HVAC system was a 2005 original system and was in poor condition. He explained the pros and cons of repairing what could be salvaged, but ultimately we decided it was time for a new system. He asked all the questions to minimize our cost and got us a military discount. We were able to get same day service for a totally new system. Chuck and John worked non-stop for 5+ hours and got it all done in one day. BEST even filled out the Lennox registration for the 10 year warranty. We'll be using BEST for annual preventative maintenance. Highly recommend!

In the past we have contracted Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc to do small maintenance jobs and have received good service from them. I would strongly recommend them for any big or small plumbing job because they have consistently provided good service, great communication over the phone, and fair pricing.

Called after hours,told me about 99 dollar come out charge,Alex come out did awsome flawless job i thought before he came over i was going to pull my hair all together it cost me 99 dollars i can sleep now thank you soo much RotoRooter.

Nick K was very knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions. He found that my appliance was still under warranty and took the appropriate measures. Very customer oriented.
Nick also gave good advice on maintenance.

Had an issue with a sewer line and got above and beyond help! They were quick to respond getting me up and running quickly and a long term solution was put into plan.

Makay serviced my home on April 17th, 2023. He did an absolute amazing job. The Friday before we'd had subcontractors from First American Home Warranty come out who claimed to not be able to locate the mainline septic system. They also came at the very last minute of their scheduled window, so they weren't able to do anything. The following Monday Makay came out at 11:59am, one minute earlier than scheduled. He was able to locate the source of the problem within minutes. He was polite, courteous, and worked diligently. All toilets and baths were finally operable again. I will definitely be going back to this company if we ever have another plumbing issue. You won't be disappointed with Hydro Plumbing. If you want to actually be able to use your toilet again without disgusting backflow, call them.

Irrigation leak. I highly recommend Brad. He is honest, professional and arrived in a timely manner.

I can't at this point make a comment so far as good quality because I've only just had the repair carried out and I'm not an expert but Del who came out seemed genuine and a good person and there seemed to be no leak once he had fixed the problem with my toilet so all good hopefully! So far as value that also I can't comment on because I have nothing to compare it to. I will evidently call them again should I have a plumbing concern but hopefully I've had all of my plumbing concerns met for a while now☺. Very reliable too.

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE WORK DONE. THANK YOU ANTHEM!
