Techcool is a great a/c company. Hector was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve used him twice now and both times was a good experience. The problems were fixed within the hour. Hector and Techcool are definitely my a/c guys!

I had a problem with my AC unit. Haik came and fixed it at a reasonable price. He is honest and will do what is needed to take care of your problem without trying to sell you anything else and take advantage of your situation like other companies that I have worked with. And his costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend Hiak and his company for your AC needs.

This business is unprofessional at best. We called to inquire if they service water softeners and they informed us that they did, and that a diagnostic would start at $25. We excitedly scheduled an appointment with them hoping to get our softener fixed. The technician arrived and instantaneously informed us that since their company did not do the water softener install, so they would not diagnose or repair it. The tech, Chavis K, then refused to leave the property without collecting the $25 fee, after refusing to perform a diagnosis. Feeling uncomfortable, my partner paid the man in cash. After calling the company back, they refuse to refund the fee. We have owned our home for 10 years and had many repair companies on the property. This was the absolute worst experience we have had in ten years. I can only IMAGINE the money they are STEALING from unsuspecting customers. This company also does not provide any physical evidence of their transactions. Should have just refused to pay and call the police. Please, reconsider your choice if you are thinking in investing in this company, in any way. Also, I never write reviews. I am in total disbelief... ZERO STARS.

This company is WAYYYYYYYY over priced. I only use this company because the home warranty company would not let me use a different company. They over charge for everything. I got an estimate from an other company and this are the prices they give me vs 5 star home services

•Recirculate line mode $155... 5star home $300.
•permit $130... 5star home $185
•sediment trap $90... 5star home $120.
Stay away from this company at all cost or it would cost you more $$$

On time professional

Crazy sky high prices. Got the condensor unit replaced by another highly rated A/C repair company for less than 40% of the price Goettl was asking.

I came across Best Air Conditioning Plumbing through google search it was rated and reviewed as the top company to hire. I am pleased to say that they are the Best. I was satisfied with their great care and costumer service.They have provided excellent service throughout the entire process from explaining and informing what needs to be done and the actual work that was done. Tankless water heater installed. Tom did a great job. Tom was careful, neat, and did the best possible installation.

Alex from YES A/C was very kind. I was out of town from Austin, TX, visiting my parents because my Dad was diagnosed with Cancer & Alex explained that the check on our A/C was already paid for. He took about 20 minutes or more to check my parents A/C and then he was done. No charge! He was very respectful of my Mom (who has dementia) and courteous to me. I'd recommend him again for sure!
