Jason was on time, polite, friendly. He went out of his way to fix my water heater. I had to call him out the next day for additional repairs I forgot, he Even had to go get a part. He did not mind.

Hait fixed my wall mount oven, thought I would have to spend $2,000.00 to replace....Thank God ! Fast, Reliable and Very Affordable. Would highly recommend this appliance repair guy to anyone in the Las Vegas Valley.

I was assigned 5 Star Home Services through my home warranty. I was VERY impressed with how fast and professional this company is. After putting in a request to my home warranty company I was contacted within an hour. They told me Garry would be here between 11pm-2pm. Garry called at me 10:02am and said he would be early! Garry showed up, had a great attitude and was super professional!!!! The job was done within an hour. From start to finish (including the time I submitted my home warranty claim) everything was done within 2 hours. Garry even cleaned up the dry wall in the garage that was cut!!! Should be called 10 star!!! Will use again!!

So I got home on a Sunday morning at 7:30am after work and found that my air conditioner wasn't working. I looked online and saw the Best came highly rated and had after hours service. I called and was able to get a technician to come out the same day. Robert arrived at 8:30 and was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly even though having the distinct disadvantage of being a Dodgers fan. This has to have been one of the most pleasant and professional encounters with a company or service technician that I have ever had. I won't let anyone else touch my HVAC or plumbing.

Just had this company come out to my home and i am really impressed. Very professional and friendly. I am renting my home for now and the technician took the time to call my landlord and break everything down to her. The technician Robert was on time, dressed professional and didn't rush to get to his next house even though he had a long hot day ahead of him.
