I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been binge watching “once upon a time”, but the service I received yesterday was like something out of a fairytale. My heroic villain, David, and his apprentice, Chris, went above and beyond on my routine plumbing inspection. They re- caulked my under mount sink that was falling down and even changed my light bulbs above the sink. They were both kind and courteous and got the job done quick and the right way. Thank you both for relieving me of some single mom duties. Every little bit of help means the world to me!

Juan did a great job! The wiring in our house is pretty messed up and the job ended up being much more work then he was anticipating but he stuck to the original price and kept a smile on his face the whole time. Good guy, good work, good price, would definitely reach out for any future household needs!

CY 2023 review (March 9, 2023), just wanted to thank Richard Wilmert, HVAC inspector for catching that most of my 1995 air ducts in attic were split and leaking 20% of my air into the attic. He called his boss and both worked out a deal for me. Coming next day to repair. Love this immediate and knowledgeable service!! Thank you Richard for your thorough inspection and transparency. This critical repair is needed and not an upsell like most other repair people push on you. Glad Richard can set an example of thoroughness for his current and future co-workers on how to mitigate missed opportunities. He is their BEST asset!!CY 2022 Review: Could have used a unknown handy person or the people my home warranty sends me if I wanted cheap and non- guaranteed passable work ( that is, if they “ decide” to cover the repair after fighting it out).BUT instead I went immediately to my favorite…BEST HVAC & Plumbing to install a much needed water filtration/ softener unit and outside plumbing ports that were original to my 1995 Vegas house. They always send out friendly, reliable staff who educate you and provide options. Clean, hard working, and puts things back afterwards ( like dirt and ground cover). Active plumbing came in and found my leak immediately, from there they assisted me with another company to fix and repair it. They also spoke to the insurance company on my behalf and handled all repairs timely. I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism and have referred them several times with very positive feedback.

I want to send a huge thank you and recommendation to Simply Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing. My HVAC took a dive a couple of days ago and the home warranty company sent a different firm that did not fully diagnose the issues. I wasn't pleased and called Simply Air. They sent someone out right away and I decided to replace the entire unit. They told me I could be done that day, and I was. From the office staff to Stan who came out to diagnose to installation crew, they were all fantastic. Professional, prompt and courteous throughout. Thank you all!

My husband and I were panicked when our downstairs AC went out and it was 113 degrees outside. One quick call to YES Air Conditioning & Plumbing fixed that. Originally we were given a service date 3 days out but after a last minute spot opened up, we were so glad to see our technician Phil F at our doorstep in less than 30 minutes of receiving our callback. He was quick, personable and know his stuff - we were super happy with his service and are happy to be cool again!

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Many thanks to Max Plumbing for responding to our emergency request over the July 4th weekend in 2021, when our sewage line backed up and flooded a bathroom and two bedrooms. Of the four plumbers we called for help at 10 pm Sat night on July 3rd, Max Plumbing was the only one to respond. Their master plumber, Keno, advised us over the phone on how to stop the flow that night, and then came out first thing on Sunday the 4th to assess what was going on in the line. He contacted a remediation team, who came out Sat night and stayed until 2 a.m. to control the damage.
Because we thought that Max Plumbing did such a great job with the emergency plumbing in July 2021, we had them come out several times in 2022 to do a general evaluation of the state of our plumbing. The work they did in upgrading the laundry box, replacing old toilets and faucets, repairing leaks, and so forth, was professional and of good quality. In addition, we have found them to be the most reliable plumbers we have had so far in Las Vegas.
In October 2022, our sewer line overflowed yet again, this time in the front yard. Max Plumbing hydrojetted the line and ran a camera down the line to identify the issue. Because they have been doing such reliable and good work for us, we hired them to locate the obstruction and replace that length of sewer pipe, a big job. We would not have trusted that job to any other company.
Since we have moved to our home in 2011, we have been looking for a good, reliable plumber. Max Plumbing is the best, and we are very grateful for their excellent service over the past two years.
