Best Air Conditioner Work in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

I work in a skilled nursing facility, we had a underground gas leak and was shut down by southwest gas. I called LV Restoration & Plumbing about 10:30 PM. Bryan arrived at 11:00 PM. and stayed till about 1:00AM. to try to resolve the problem. unfortunately none of the plumbing parts supply stores will honer their 24hr Emergency Policies. so his hands were tied and couldnt finish that night. He returned the next day (Easter Sunday) with all the parts he needed and stayed till about 4:00PM to finish. Its good to know that there's good people out there who will put in the effort to help those in need. I feel Brian went above and beyond to help get my facility back on line. I will most definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

I love Best Air. And will never use any other HVAC/AC company in the Las Vegas Valley for the following reasons: My relationship with this company started nearly six years ago when my unit went out one Saturday Night in the middle of the summer when it was 115 degrees. I called Yes Air Conditioning and they told me they could be there in three days. I was like but it is 115 degrees out. They said sorry, three days is the best we can do and then proceeded to berate me when I protested that three days was a long time. Then I called Best Air and they came out the very next morning. They diagnosed the problem and by Monday I had a new furnace/blower and compressor installed. Then the other day my wife called and said the temperature in the house was creeping up. I said the AC must be broken and I immediately called best air and they said they could have someone out that day. Between the time I called them at 2pm and the time I got home at 2:30 Michael King the Tech was there. What a great attitude he had. He said he loved his job and it showed because He was professional, courteous & proceeded to diagnose and fixed the problem by 3pm. After he did a systems check and inspection, I was back in business and the house was cool again. That is what I call great service! Thank you Best Air. You truly are the best and have earned my business. You guys rock.

I love Air Master Pro. We have a service plan with them, and it has been nothing but exceptional, even when I've had to reschedule service appts at the last minute. They've always provided us with exceptional customer service, and the techs that have been to the house are extremely professional and will address any issues or concerns that we may have. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

After 3 weeks of being out of service, while trying to establish if my quote was the best possible price available. Alaskan did reduce my quote slightly. Still I know I'm being overcharged by double. Research all part numbers on your own with a quick Google search. Then ask how many labor hours that part is expected to install. Make your own decisions based on what is best for your household. My decision is to break a 20yr relationship with Alaskan and share my experience with you. We're not looking for the cheapest parts or service. We just want to ensure we are not being RIPPED OFF! If a part from a dealer direct source costs $68, it's not fair to charge $380 and say that a warranty, labor and service meets the difference in price.

Turned on my water heater. Hadn't had hot water since Friday around 5:30pm. I had turned it off in error thinking it would turn off the water. The plumber that came out yesterday refused to turn it back on. I'm 76 & have my 2 Great Grandchildren 6 and 10 living with me. It's been difficult with no hot water. Devon, who took my call was very accommodating & Daniel Diaz, the technician was super nice & great. He remedied the situation & I am so happy. It was a miserable weekend. I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Installed kitchen sink and garbage disposal couldn't get the fittings right, took 3 tech's on 3 different days to fix leaks one worse than the other, flooding my kitchen. One connection actually separated from pressure from water being emptied from washing dishes. Paid about 600 dollars too much for a very bad and frustrating job. Would not hire them again, Home Depot uses them when you purchase installment.
