Best Water Softener in Las Vegas NV

Jared with Adaven was the best person we could've gotten for the job. Had a major clog in our main water drain that was looking like a worse case scenario, but he did not give in. He was able to clear everything out for us. Professional and truly helpful. Did everything he could to get the job done!

Honest plumbers! I couldn't believe it! I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed. He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed. He knew it though, and his honesty trumped his profit motive! Karma says 10 times good will come to Dino's Plumbing and all theirs, because they put MY interests first.

First time they had to reschedule. Then when they rescheduled they were a NO call NO show.

Dan is the man! Super professional and just knowledgeable in his craft. Affordable prices. I had two upstairs clogged toilets and tubs. He trouble shot and resolved the problem in under an hour. My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.

We wanted to install a water softener unit for our new house. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate, They had someone at the house within an hour. It turned out that our water heater was on the brink of going out also, as it was making loud banging sounds whenever we took showers or doing laundry. They were there the very next morning to do the work. Preston and Roger were very professional and super friendly. They were done within a couple of hours and did a great job. We will definitely use them again. Very satisfied...

Alex replaced a leaking wax seal under the toilet. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Tested for leaks and was gone in less than an hour. Very friendly and polite.

We had a underground water leak and Sterling and Hector were awesome. Pulled pavers, replaced water line from street to house. Replaced everything, pavers,plants and cleaned up after each day. Finished ahead of schedule. Excellent service.

Called office at 10:30am and received a same day appointment from 1-5pm while everyone else I spoke with was scheduling 2-3 days out. Mark P. the Technician was very professional when he arrived. On time, Assessed the problem, made suggestions and gave me my options. I made my choice and within minutes work was being performed to get water heater ordered and area prepped for his return. Once he returned in a very short time we were up and in hot water again. Excellent job. I will use this company again if I’m in need.

This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

I cannot shower Plumbing Solutions and Andy with enough praise. Simply, Andy is plumb amazing. On time. Respectful. Efficient. Joyful.

My shower was not working. Andy had it assessed and repaired (without having to notify my neighbors…yay) within one hour. He then took the time to make sure I was happy with it. Mistake on his part. I then had other questions, all of which he was kind enough to take the time to answer.

And just when he was almost out the door, I asked him to check the settings on my hot water heater. It had been moved to barely warm by an unnamed someone (oops) and he reset it. He also advised me to move all my art supplies from around the heater. Who knew? Andy did.

All the cracks you hear about plumbers…none of them apply. Use these guys and you will be flooded with gratitude. Maybe not the best choice of words, but you get my point.
