Always do great work and have great people but they have gotten ridiculously expensive. They connected a water line to my new fridge with a new shut off valve. Took the guy about an hour. $717. Almost as much as the new fridge.

Richard was also a very pleasant and patient guy. If I need work again I would like to request Richard.

Brandon was courteous and efficient. He called ahead of time, was on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently with no mess. I would use Connelly for future plumbing jobs and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Mike and his staff are awesome. Installed a new water heater, new pressure regulator, and several shutoff valves. Excellent value, very reasonable price. I highly recommend Bristol Plumbing and will definitely use their services again.

We called KC Water Heaters at about 7:30 PM Friday evening. Chase was quick to call us back. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing our 9 year old water heater. We decided to go with a new water heater. Chase scheduled our install for the following day (Saturday). He arrived on time - calling prior to arrival. He verified our old water heater did need to be replaced. He checked our home water pressure and began the process. He is polite, knowledgeable of his trade, and extremely efficient taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. His prices are fair and he will leave your home clean. I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

Great and honest.! Travis ran the camera and showed me there were no breaks or fractures. He was able to locate the real problem (roots). He corrected the pronlem. Another company had advised the old clay pipe was broken and need replaced.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! We refer our customers to Austin and Zach because they are the best. We are a state farm office and have a lot of senior customers and they are always great with them. They also fixed and replaced a ton of or sewer line and did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service, the attention given and how even though it was a long day for them and they were booked pretty solid, they still fit me in. On the first hot day this year, which spanned the upper 90’s for 4 good days, I turned on my AC to find that it didn’t come on or work at all, but had a Freon leak and had emptied over the winter. I called all over the city for someone to come help us, everyone was booked up. Morton Man fit me in same day and got me back in a livable climate. The pricing was very fair as well, which we appreciated so much, since no one exactly plans to have those unexpected types of expenses pop up. I’ll be calling them for all my HVAC needs from now on.
