Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

I had a shower and sink backing up and needed it taken care of quickly. I called first thing on a Friday thinking I would have to schedule for next week, but they were able to come out same day! Within in a couple hours from my phone call, they were out to my house and had diagnosed what was causing the back up was not a main line issue, but some old plumbing. They quickly cut out the problem pipe, installed a working piece and solved my problem. Could not be more happy with the response time and how quickly my problem was taken care of. Also Cory was great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will be using Zoom Drain again if I run into any other problems.

We can't say enough about Royal Flush Plumbing. They were quick to respond to our inquiry, conduct a walk-through and provide an estimate on replacements for 3 new toilets. We went with them because of their expertise and the immediate trust we felt with Loren. He, Johnny and everyone we spoke with in the office are professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Their do a high-quality job at reasonable prices -- and they respected our home while working, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Tito helped us out with out AC unit. He was great, diagnosed the issue quickly and provided all our options.

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

I had paid for an outside faucet replacement, but the plumber, Kyle, couldn't do that because of a finished basement. He suggested a parts replacement; even had the parts on his van. This fixed the leak. Kyle was very experienced, and helpful.

I’ve used TBP a few times now and the office staff have always been responsive and professional. This time around the technician Alex came and diagnosed a faulty water heater. Alex was very knowledgeable and discussed all of my options. We fully replaced the water heater and Alex did a thorough/detailed job. Thank you Alex and TBP.

Had a pipe burst,.was able to have them come out within a day and get it fixed. Very fast and a lot cheaper than I anticipated!

My wife called for a drywall estimate. He came out and did measurements and was told he would give it to her the next day. She called twice and left messages with no response. Very unprofessional. We would never recommend using this company.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
