Best Water Line Replacement in Kansas City MO

Ryan was friendly and answered all my questions.

First of all, I was told a plumber would arrive between 8-12 in the day. I ended up calling the customer service line to see why they were late only to be told they could reschedule. I said no someone needs to come look at it bc I took off work to stay home and wait for them and nobody even had the courtesy to call me and tell me they were running late.Plumber ended up getting there and said it was a gas valve issue and that the manufacturer wouldn’t cover the cost of the labor for the tank but that I should order a gas valve through the manufacturer as they’d cover that and call them back to install it after it arrives.Quoted me $693. for labor alone. I’m a single mom and rely on professionals not to rip me off…which is what he was doing. I was in tears after he left.I can’t afford that price so I told him I couldn’t do it and he charged me $89. for coming out and glancing at the tank. Okay, whatever, that’s fine.I called the manufacturer and they said they would cover the labor cost and the part so I went through another company who was very helpful and arrived early. I wasn’t charged a dime.That was a really stressful and bad experience with this company.

We have been having water pressure issues in our master bathroom and had another company take a look, and received a weird answer with a costly solution. I called Connelly Plumbing to get a second opinion and I am so happy that I did. Brian, the tech that came out, was awesome. He solved the problem, offered solutions to prevent it from happening again. He answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, plus he was exceedingly kind. Very happy with CPS!

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

Mike was very professional and provided multiple services at an excellent price. He also works on tankless water heaters which has been very hard to find someone that works on them. I notified him last minute about a separate issue and he had no issues with taking care of that along with the original issue I had called him about. Would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing for any plumbing issues you have.

Don't get tricked into buying the service plan that is considered gold service plan. There is no 24 hour service. Although a nice guy, calling the 24 service number gets you to a guy that simply logs your problem over to AB May who isn't checking it. Three calls later back to the same gentleman, no progress on our after hours emergency. In fairness, we did finally get a call (that's all) from an AB May person; however, there is no 24 hour service so the service plan and the 24 hour language on the website is a mis-representation. I will say that AB May normal service is fine, just be aware of the service plan.

The owner took my call, scheduled me promptly and the plumber was professional, wore his shoe covers and resolved our floor drain issue. I highly recommend Bill Fry The Plumbing Guy.

The Sewer Doctors did a phenomenal job on my personal home! We had a clean bill of health for our sewer line and Justin was very efficient in completing the clean out. Despite having to freeze outdoors since my clean out entrance was on the exterior of my home, Justin had a positive attitude and didn't complain at all. Justin was also extremely helpful with my other sewer related questions and was able to provide an abundance of knowledge on the matter at hand. Thank you so much, Justin! Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend.
