For years I only used a one person for all my hearting a cooling needs. When that was no longer an option I didn't know who to trust with all the difference choices of Heating and Cooling companies I researched on Google.I can not stress enough, I made the right choice going with Climate Control! Could not be happier. Spoke with their comfort specialist James who did an outstanding job in taking care of my needs, answered all my questions effectively, and gave me peace of mind knowing that we made the right choice in going the route we needed to fix my issue.The on site tech (Brad and Travis) were very professional and encouraged me to ask questions about their work, and provided me with tips and tricks to keep my home comfortable, w/out paying for extra bells and whistles.As a customer service professional for over 15 years I know good customer service and bad. I can also tell when someone is taking me for a ride, and telling me the truth. When discussing my situation with James he did not try to over sell me a product to make a higher commission nor insulted my intelligence (like the order heating and cooling companies did) by saying we need to get all this extra work done to make your home comfortable. They worked with me, and got the problem solved rather than spending a lot of money.If you are in a similar situation and need someone to handle your heating and cooling needs. Don't be impressed by a fancy TV commercial, because you are helping that company pay for that.Go with Climate Control, they will deliver on what the other companies say they will do. Climate Control will now handle all my Heating and Cooling needs!A+++

It's the day after Christmas and I call and can't get ahold of anyone on a monday. Even using the emergency contact number no response. Try to leave a voicemail and it asks for 3 first letters of employees name. Cool. Can't even leave a voicemail. Even went to Facebook to see if I could get help. Nope!

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Had multiple plumbing issues that we'd been putting off in the house until my own attempts to reseat a toilet resulted in cracking the original flange. Called up Mike after seeing some nice reviews on social media in our neighborhood and am EXTREMELY glad we did.

Mike is exceptionally professional and experienced and came by to diagnose water flow/leak issues in two bathroom showers, and completely remounted one toilet while making another run like new.

The first night following his repairs, my wife said it felt like we had moved into a new house!

Mike specializes in tankless water heater installation and also gave a very thorough cost/benefit analysis and explained our tank/tankless options to replace a 24 year old water heater we need to have replaced as well.

Plumbers are never cheap, but in the case of Mike and Bristol Plumbing, we immediately felt like our check was money well spent.

Updated review from 5 stars to 3 star for service 08/14/2023AB May called us to schedule a check up on our HVAC system. Scheduled an appointment for last Friday afternoon. 5 PM rolls by. 6 PM and not a peep from them. Mind you, they called us to make the appointment. So I called them to find out why no one contacted us. They had no clue so rescheduled for today, Monday morning.11 AM rolls by. Noon and nothing. I call them and they have no clue. They connected me to the resolution team and you can tell when someone is being dismissive even when they are saying I am sorry. Sir, I can give you a coupon for your next service. WTH! AB May gives those coupons in the mail, in the news paper and online like they are candy. All I wanted is them to do what they said and show up on time and they promised. Time is worth more than money to me.I called back and asked for a manager. Not their resolutions department (if you are such a good company why do you have a resolutions department?) but a manager that has the authorization to do something. Surprise, surprise their system doesn't have the ability to transfer to a manager but can transfer me to everyone else (yet another lie from them). I was told that I should get a call in 20 to 30 minutes. It has been 50 minutes and not a peep. Now, I have been on hold for 20 minutes and they confirmed they can transfer to the manager and the other agent lied. Then they transferred me to a general company voicemail. UGH! The manager refused to call me back. She had someone else call me back. Totally worthless. I have an appointment rescheduled for 8 AM tomorrow. He shows up at 8:01 AM I will tell him to kick rocks and I made it crystal clear to them.So they are supposed to be here at 8:00 AM and their dispatch just called my wife and said he will be here anytime between 8 and 8:30 AM. This is not what was agreed upon.I did let the Tech come in and do the service and he was excellent. Their office and scheduling staff will kill this company in a New York minute.So far they have not raised my expectations beyond 1 star. We will see tomorrow but I am not holding my breath.I have spent thousands on repairs with them and thousands as a Gold Plan member and we are treated like garbage. It is like they don't care there is other companies in Kansas City that would love to have this monthly and repeat customer business.Old Review:I have had a gold service package with AB May since 2009 and it has more than paid for itself when owning a 50+ year old house. They are always prompt and respond quickly for calls for service. Just like any other company there can be a delay during hot weather and cold weather because of the high demand of for emergency service. They cannot break the laws of physics to respond to everyone at the same time.They have done major electrical, plumbing and HVAC work in my house. Just the covered work in the Gold Package this year paid for two or three years of the package in a replaced circuit board in the HVAC air handler and replaced water heater. Total cost to me, $120.00.Their service techs are friendly, respectful and experts in their field. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! He left my home only after ensuring everything was working properly & I was happy with the service! Thank you Jesse!

Just had chase out to our house to replace a water heater. I called around and found that Chase's price was competitive. I was really impressed with his knowledge regarding the repair. Before doing the job he looked at our setup and gave me a recommendation on what should be done. It was obvious that he was just trying to help us get the job done right and that he wasn't just trying to make an extra buck. The person that installed our broken water heater didn't do things right but Chase fixed everything up right. Normally, when a company goes the extra mile like this they charge an arm and a leg. That's if they even care to make sure it's done right. After the job was done I took a picture of Chase's truck and told him I was impressed with the service and would be writing him an awesome review. So here it is. Without hesitation I would recommend him to anyone faced with replacing a water heater. I will use him in the future if the need ever arises. Five stars and every one of them earned.

Received a text within a couple of hours of my request, and they were able to bump up my appt time by a whole day! Received a text confirmation of the appt, AND they were early! Really fast and friendly tech. Will call for future issues.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Five stars. I wasn’t overcharged. Fair rates and quick service.
