The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.

Mike Covington did a really good job and was on time and easy to work with.. my new garbage disposal is great and he fixed another issue that my sink had with the alignment of my pipes!! Great job.. would recommend and use again

Chase has a wealth of information regarding the ins and outs of water heaters and took the time to explain all the available options to me without a bit of upselling. Put in a request for a repair on a Thursday and a repairman was sent out on Friday morning. The gentleman was on time and very friendly, and completed the repair quickly and quietly. Very painless process!

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
