Good service professional young man explained everything we were very pleased with the service.

Kylar with KB Complete arrived right on time. He replaced the pressure switch on my furnace like a pro. A very friendly guy with good answers to all my questions. I’ve never had a less than totally satisfactory experience with this company. Highly recommended.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

Kyle came out with CPS today to fix a couple of toilets in the house and tighten up the kitchen faucet. He had to leave at one point to get a couple of parts. Everything went smoothly. He was here maybe one and a half hours including the time he went to get a part.
Very professional, even used guards over his shoes went in the house so not to get the floor dirty. He unfortunately had to deal with Old republic since that is our home warranty.
They are not the greatest but at least this company they sent out was.
I would call CPS again

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

I called Bristol as my 13 year old Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a significant drip and had stopped working. Mike and his team were out the very next morning and confirmed that the unit was indeed “toast” and needed to be replaced. Mike and his crew showed up the next morning and began the removal and replacement with a new Noitz tankless. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain all the way through the process. He made some needed changes to the existing air intake and exhaust piping and took the time to explain why. They left the area clean and just like they found it. Needless to say my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing.

My sewer backed up due to a clogged drain and I called 11 plumbers in the area for “emergency” service and no one else would help me! This guy came TONIGHT, when promised, was friendly and quickly fixed the issue! Price was super reasonable too! Would highly recommend A.B. May!!!

Chase was very professional - he explained what work he would be performing during the install (including bringing the gas connection to the unit up to code), left the work area spotless and walked me through the workings of the new water heater before leaving. Additionally he called before the appointment to confirm, arrived on time and completed the job within the time estimate provided.

Anthony was professional, quick, super easy to book and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his co.

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
