John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.

Being a contractor myself, i can appreciate the commitment it requires to meet weekly and daily deadlines. So, when I needed repairs beyond my experience, I called Mike at Bristol Plumbing. I've come to appreciate the benefits of his plumbing knowledge and strait talk. He's always punctual and has done bid work as well as offering a fair hourly rate. And his work is much safer and cleaner than other companies who, I've come to understand, have overcharged me for similar repairs. Trust me. Whether you want a new water heater/expansion tank replacement or a toilet valve, the work will be done to code specification at a fair rate, and in a timely manor. But, that's what professionals do.

After 3 months of limping along with cold or semi-warm showers, we finally got our tank replaced for HALF of what other companies estimated. Chase not only installed the new 50 gal tank with expansion tank, but also new flues for both the water heater and furnace and a new PRV. There was no more waiting as all the work was also completed upon his initial visit. The work performed was exceptional and Chase was able to answer every question. By working with a smaller company, we saved paying overhead costs and we were able to work with a professional who takes a substantial personal investment in his work. With minimal maintenance, we know we'll have a washer heater to last us a very long time.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
