I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! Chase took the time to find the cause of our problems; reviewed which type of water heater is best for our area and fixed piping that was never installed correctly by other people at no extra charge. He was very respectful of our home and needs. He also went through step by step on how to maintain our water heater for the most efficiency. Totally would recommend and/or use again!

I used KP plumbing to clear a drain. They were prompt and fair priced. I would use them again if need be.

For anyone out there looking for a plumber stop right now...John the plumber and his crew were the most professional people I've ever had come do anything to my house I have hired electricians two plumbers and John the plumber had to come repair most of that stuff or go around it because the people I paid $4,000 to messed up so John the plumber came and fixed everything for me my basement is clear my drains are unclogged and he has a very very reasonable rate love the service. And it is brilliant how knowledgeable he is. This is a man that's here to help you not rob you and your bank account 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🗜️🔩🔧🔨⚒️‼️

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.
