HE FARMS HIS WORK OUT. I DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT, NEVER GOT A SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND SOME RANDOM GUY CAME TO DO THE DRAIN CLEANING AND DIDN'T COMPLETE HIS WORK. WHEN I CHALLENGED JOHN ON HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND PEOPLE HE IS USING UNDER HIS COMPANIES UMBRELLA! Ask to see his licenses and make sure you get a scope of work & bill of services if you dare.
Just be honest with people and you'll never have a business problem

I called them up at ten, the service tech was out at 11:15. Anthony was really professional, and took care of our clogged drain. They quoted me a flat rate, and that was it.
I will definitely be calling Poor Johns again if I ever have issues in the future.

Technician was very thorough and actually went the extra mile to get my sink working although the extent of the problem was more than I expected he did his best to get me going.

I filled out and ask for assistance with a leak between my hot water connection and my water shut off. It was a steady drip that I had been having an issue for a while being that it destroyed a vanity by rotting the wood. Zach called me back and told me how I was able to fix the issue if I got a couple of items from my hardware store. That would have been enough, but Zach went above and beyond by texting with me step by step instructions to complete the job myself.
This is amazing service that will definitely have me calling Pierpoint whenever I have any plumbing concerns or projects.

MIke at Bristol Plumbing is so responsive and does such great work. I have had them at my home to do work several times including a trip to my house in sub zero temperatures to check for frozen pipes. They have done a outstanding job from replacing fixtures in my bathroom to fixing leaks. I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone!

This is my second bad experience with AB May. I last used their services 2 years ago so I thought maybe the experience would be different. It wasn't. I was called today and informed I was on the schedule for services. I was told to be prepared for a call and the tech would be there in 30 minutes. I planned my day according to this information. At 5p I placed a follow up call to check on the status because I was not contacted. I was told I was still on the schedule for today but if I did not hear from anyone by 8 to call the office and I would be scheduled for tomorrow. I called the office at 8 to remind them to schedule me for tomorrow. To my surprise I was informed that I would not be able to be seen for 3 days.This contradicted all I had been told for the entire day. If I had known this potential outcome I would have called a different company sooner. I have been without water for 48 hours. Now, at 8p many options for rescheduling are closed and I've wasted a day I could have been working with another company.This is the second time AB May has demonstrated a lack of integrity, professionalism, or care for potential customers.Do not use this company.

My old water heater broke and I called a few places to get estimates. Chase was by far the most informative and responsive. His estimate was also very competitive. He installed the new water heater today. He was prompt and his work was excellent. He even made a few improvements over the original installation. He left the area clean after finishing the job. The final price was a bit less than his original estimate. Great work at a great price from a kind and caring professional! Thanks Chase!!

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
