Randall from KB complete was awesome! He was here at 8:30 on a Saturday morning pleasant as can be, professional and got our job fixed promptly!! We have had Randall before and he’s always been great! Recently we had some issues with our HVAC zoning and Jake, the HVAC manager and prior owner of KB Complete came out and spent two hours with a top installation technician going over every detail of our system and home. He couldn’t have been nicer and more thoughtful! He came up with a detailed plan and even traded me out of our air handler which was installed two years ago and provided us with a new two stage for only the price difference between our old and new unit. I thought nobody could help us and he far exceeded my expectations! Plus he is one of the nicest most polite people I’ve dealt with!! KB complete would be crazy to ever let him go!!! So impressive!

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

MIke at Bristol Plumbing is so responsive and does such great work. I have had them at my home to do work several times including a trip to my house in sub zero temperatures to check for frozen pipes. They have done a outstanding job from replacing fixtures in my bathroom to fixing leaks. I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone!

I'm very impressed with ABMay especially Ryan who was able to clear my main drain in a very short time. He was so friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He even gave me some ideas of what I can do to prevent issues in the future. I'm impressed how ABMay kept me updated about my appointment and when Ryan would arrive and sent a picture of him so I would know who to expect...it was very easy!

I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!

I discovered a wet area in my downstairs unfinished area around 2:15 pm...immediately gave a call to Plumbing Pro and Danny was here by 3:30. The problem was our garbage disposal. It had rusted out, was leaking, and needed replaced. He installed a new one in short order and we’re back in business. I’m happy!

He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. Update, I recently tried to use Mr. Rooter again for a clog in my kitchen sink. They came out and told me it needed to be power scrubbed before they even looked at the problem. I agreed to the power scrub thinking that it would work because that is what the plumber said would work. The plumber stated that they had to remove the clog with the auger before they power scrubbed. He tried multiple times to remove the clog with the auger with no success. Without success they tried to put the power scrubber in the drain and immediately had water blowback into the cabinet under the sink. After that failed they told me that my sink was plumbed improperly and I needed to run new pipe. I asked if that was the only option and the plumber told me that I could cut the pipe myself and investigate to see what the problem was. He even told me where he thought the clog was located. I wasn't too impressed with a plumber telling me how to do a job I hired him to do. After paying the 150.00 service charge they charged me instead of the 580.00 that they charge for a power scrub I called to discuss that I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I was able to remove the clog myself in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. The supervisor that called me back was immediately defensive from the get go and essentially defended his guys and nothing I said could be correct. He went as far as to tell me that I owe him 600.00 dollars for the unsuccessful attempt to flush water down my pipes when all it did was make a mess that they never cleaned up. Photo is attached of cabinet. I thought this company was going to be a good company to use but once something didn’t go right they fumbled and couldn’t handle the situation. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter for that reason.

Old review but still true. I am so thankful for Zach Olson of Mr. Rooter. He was very experienced and didn't try to rip me off like some of the other companies did. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was spot on with his diagnosis. The price was reasonable and fair. It was hard work in a cramped space and he had a great attitude the entire time he was here. Thank you Zach.

Todd did all the plumbing for our new home. Very personable and genuinely cares about the services he and his team provide. He walked us though every step and was truly amazing throughout the process. The pricing was on point and I did not feel taken advantage of like other shops. We can't say enough about Royal Flush Plumbing. They were quick to respond to our inquiry, conduct a walk-through and provide an estimate on replacements for 3 new toilets. We went with them because of their expertise and the immediate trust we felt with Loren. He, Johnny and everyone we spoke with in the office are professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Their do a high-quality job at reasonable prices -- and they respected our home while working, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!
