I highly recommend Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy to anyone with plumbing needs. I called to set up an appointment to have my toilet repaired and he came out immediately! He was super professional and on-time.
Also, rather than having me spend unnecessary money on fixing the old toilet, he provided a quote that was far less than I had expected for a brand new toilet! He installed the toilet quickly and even put tarps down to be courteous of my home. I will definitely be using Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy for my future plumbing needs!

I was more than impressed with Chase and his company! The first time I spoke to Chase, he spent at least fifteen to thirty minutes on the phone with me discussing the best option. Chase was out to the house within a couple days and instead of making a quick sale, which he could have done, pointed out several potential safety issues that needed resolved. Chase left our house without selling or billing us anything and gave us time to call around. We ended up calling Chase back out to fix the issues and install a new water heater, which we have been very happy with. Chase was efficient and knowledgeable, and his work was very clean and professional. I will recommend KC Water Heaters to anyone who asks. Thanks again Chase!

By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. They explained the issue thoroughly to me and helped me understand. They also were very respectful to my house (they wore shoe booties) and cleaned up when they were done. I 100% trust them if I ever have an issue, again.

Travis has helped us with several projects and always does a great job for a fair price. He is a true professional.

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

I used the guys at QP for a broken faucet replacement and when they came out I realized they also did HVAC. The faucet repair went from what I thought would be complicated to a painless fix, and they handled the other issue I was having on the HVAC side while they were at it. Glad to have intelligent and efficient people save me from a lot bigger issues. Big fan.. will highly recommend them to anyone asking.

We were having problems with water coming from under a toilet when flushed & water backing up in the washing machine drain. I selected Pierpoint based on their reviews. They responded right away & were very professional. Turned out not only did we need a major repair to the sewer line in our front yard as a result of work done by another company, but Austin discovered so did both houses on each side of ours. Austin did not hesitate to contact the company & make all arrangements for the repairs. I will definitely use Pierpoint for any future plumbing needs. They are also VERY reasonably priced.
