I had to get sewer lines inspected on my new home, they came out and did a amazingly fast job and explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand. I had to then have my sewer lines hydro jetted; they were so efficient, friendly and professional. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a total of four technicians on this job over two days. No charge for the first day because Chris said if we don't clear a drain, you don't pay. The two Chris' showed up this morning (Ladesic 0368 and Smith 3568) and finished the job. Afterwards they cleaned up and put everything back just the way it was. Sink now flows like the Mighty MO. Well done.

Jason got our new baby's bathroom bath/shower back in working condition after many years of non-use. I wish a square of drywall removal was not necessary, but I understand that that was the only way to access the parts needing attention.

Joey and Caleb with snake n rooter in KC were very helpful and professional when they came to unclog one of my bathroom toilets. They were in and out in no time and got the job done!

Plumber ran auger and told me that the main sewer line was broken so he couldn't clear it. So, I called a company called The Bearded Plumber to come out and dig up the sewer line to replace. He was nice enough to run the camera down the drain to make sure it was really a broken pipe. It was not a broken pipe and so he ran the auger and cleared it no problem. I asked Razor Rooter if they'd refund my fee since they were wrong and didn't clear my drain and they said no. So I paid them but I won't use them again for my 60+ rental houses.

Razor Rooter also busted out a bathtub drain at another rental house I own. I think they used to be a good company but as of recently, I have not been happy.
