Best Video Pipe Inspection in Kansas City MO

I have been a customer of Pierpoint Plumbing for over two years. I had them out on two separate occasions, once for a clogged kitchen sink and the other for a broken pipe. Both times they were prompt, professional, and the work was done efficiently. I would highly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing to anyone I know who is in need of plumbing services.

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

HORRIBLE company!!! I called and specifically asked them if they service my area and they said yes, they set my appointment up, THEN 20 minutes later, calls me to tell me that they don't service my area!!!!! After we had already talked to them three different times!!! Waste of my time when it is an emergency!!! Horrible customer service!

I got a quote to have a gas line put in our utility room for our gas dryer. Austin coordinated the estimate and got us scheduled right away. He had to make a second trip due to a faulty gas hose but made us a priority and had us fixed within an hour of us calling him. I would highly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing in the future.

We had a leak on the side of our water heater. Thought I needed an entirely new unit. It was a simple repair.

Tony Rogers (3595) was great - he arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions, even while he worked. He worked fast and gave me a rate, I'm very happy. I'll be asking for Tony if I need help in the future.

Arrived at our house within 2 hours of us calling to fix an HVAC problem. Always professional and fair, which is why we have used them for years for our heating and cooling systems after dealing with other companies. They’re amazing and would definitely recommend!

Have used them more than once they show up late all the time or set up a appointment and don't show up and don't return calls. If it is a job they can't charge you a big figure they won't wast there time . BUT THEY WILL WAST YOURS!
