Best Trenchless Water Line in Kansas City MO

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Visit by technician was comical, going to be outrageously expensive and all though detailed work order submitted supplies were not brought. I would never use or recommend LBA.To be fair, we did not use their service and can not speak to the quality as others have stated in their reviews.Our work requests were to (1) install a gas line from attached garage to laundry room and have connections for a gas dryer and (2) While on site, I decided to have them quote a fixing a toilet that has a small leak between the bowl and tank. Assuming that it would be a small add on to a larger project and they were already on site.The estimates were outrageous. Almost $1,000 for the gas line and several hundred for toilet. Plus, the icing on the cake is paying for the estimates. I am not advocating that they should not charge something but almost $100 to spend less than 30 minutes is excessive.Hopefully they are a great company and we just had a bad experience.Tony

Called in the morning and by 5:30 that evening they had come out and fixed issues with both of my toilets and found a small leak under the sink which was also fixed. Was impressed with courtesy of employee and quality of work. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I had a clogged drain in my hall bath and BlugFrog Plumbing was able to send someone out the next day. Both Emerson and Andrew were friendly, professional and responsive during the whole process. What was thought to be a quick drain clog was reveled to be a bigger job than expected. The whole project was completed in 24 hours and we had a working sink again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repair or services!

Very professional and fast! Called for a service call due to my kitchen sink backing up, he was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue with no issue! We thought the drain was blocked however it had to do with the vent on the roof! Who knew! Very happy we selected this company and will be using them for all future needs!

One of our rental properties has had a couple of recurring clogs in the sewer line. After another company told me it needed to be replaced, I called Snake n Rooter after a recommendation, and they came out and were able to open the line. After a free video inspection afterwards I learned that the line did not need to be replaced after all. What a relief! I'm grateful that I called them, and for their efforts and honesty fixing our problems.

Inception Plumbing provides excellent customer service and care for their customers. My hot water heater unexpectedly broke and I needed a trusted professional's guidance on what type of replacement I should choose as well as them to install the system for me. They helped me every step of the way, and I am glad to have warm water again thanks to the Inception team!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.

Do not use this company. Hired them to run a auger to clear roots from the sewer line. The tech did not tell us to not use and fixtures on the main floor while he was doing this. My wife flushed a toilet on the main floor and nasty water came out all around on the basement floor. He was I’ll equipped to clean up the mess, even though said he had a few rags. My wife has now spent 6 hours disinfecting the floor and 3 loads of laundry of old towels and sheets used to clean up the water on the basement floor. Maybe if they see this, they will refund the charges, and pay my wife the hourly rate they charge for cleaning up the mess they created.
